The reviews are fake - they take your money and don't send the product. I ordered on Dec 27th - they sent confirmation next day(see photo below) - but then failed to send tracking number - now weeks later they close out any service ticket without resolving anything (see photo). Complete scam. They send a review link - but in review link it auto confirms you received the order - so you can't complain because they would take that as proof you received an order you did not - stay away - I know we are all desperate for tests - these guys are taking advantage

I have not received my merchandise yet, although I was billed on July 2. I realized the mail is slow, but I've received no notice from i Remedy as to the status of my merchandise. I would give a better rating if it had not been so long and I at least knew what the status is. If and when I ever receive my merchandise, please give me another chance to review. The price was reasonable.
Your website page took the credit card number but did not take the billing address number because it was a different billing address because it was my daughter's credit card I am very concerned about this period this should not have happened. You need to contact me so we can rectify this period I don't know how this order even went through

Wonderful site reccomended to me by my disabled family member who is also a longtime customer. My first order was a fantastic experience - constant email and text notifications for confirmation, transit, and delivery. Items arrived on time and packaged neatly and in fanstastic condition. I subsequently made another order the following week, but have yet to receive confirmation of shipment as of yet. Hopefully it will be a good experience like the first.

If I had anything to complain about, that would be the order arrived before I received the order confirmation.
My order was complete and exactly what I ordered, billing as well, no issues there.

If I knew how long shipping would take I'd have a better idea of how happy I am :-) I supplied this comment when I ordered the product and did not get a response. However, the product shipped quickly and arrived quickly. I'm very pleased about that given the difficulty in finding these products right now. We are a water utility and need to ensure continuity of operations.

Website was VERY slow! I did get excellent help from on line help, but the slowness of the website was almost enough for me to cancel out before ordering
The masks were priced higher than they are actually worth. The material is thin, and too large for an average female to wear. If it was adjustable around the nose and chin like having the ability to tighten to fit properly, the mask would be more practical.
The into (Home) page is logically arranged and helped me find the dressing retainer netting. Then I was easily able to find the ABD pads needed as dressing for gastric feeding tube wound. The only other point is that the original Photo/description on the multi display pages do not list the # of items for the price. Would speed things up just a little. Thank you. HSM
The process was easy and quick...however I would say the glove shopping...they aren't lablelled terribly easy...so I had to do some digging. Thank you though, You haven't gouged prices and as someone who needs these for work, I cannot stress how nice it was to find them at a normal rate. Thank you thank you thank you. I'll be a lifetime customer if you continue that way.
I have not yet viewed how long the shipping time will take. I'm hoping this comes up the end of the order. Perhaps I missed it. Was the information visible earlier on in the transaction.
