Same problem as other reviewers experienced: order was not filled, e-mails and phone calls to the customer service team got me nowhere. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company. This company is plainly a front for a criminal enterprise. I'm guessing internet fraud is their real game.
I ordered a watch from them before Christmas and it is now March 23 and I have not seen the watch. I have asked repeatedly to either send me the watch or refund my money but they are not doing either.
I ordered a watch for my father in time for Christmas. Still no watch. After many emails and phonecalls I FINALLY received a response on Jan 11th that I would be refunded. After reading other reviews, I am worried this will not happen. Wish I had read these reviews earlier.
WHAT AN EFFING HASSLE!
iPocketWatches.com FINALLY sent me an email regarding the shipping date change; tracked via UPS and found it's legit. I had already contacted my bank to reverse the charges due to no communication (several voicemails and emails left); they said they had to give the iPocketWatches 2 weeks to get their claim in. The watches were for my groomsmen on an April 9th wedding date... and they're just now coming in?! Needless to say, I'm not accepting the package and having it returned to sender. Their website claims "no restocking fees" and the shipping was free, so I should get 100% of my money back -- if I don't, then I'll claim 100% dissatisfaction and the bank will return my money to me.
From now on, I'll be extensively checking ratings, reviews, scam-sites, etc. before making a purchase from a company that is not forefront on my mind (ie Amazon.com).
On 8-14-2011 I ordered a Genuine Leather Hanger Backpacker Watch Black and my credit card was also charged that same day. On 8-22 I called to find out why I haven't received the order and got a machine, I left message On 8-24 I called and got a woman and said they would call me back, they didn't On 8-24 later that day I called back and talked to the same person and asked for a refund she said my credit card would be reimburse in 3-4 business days To this date I have received nothing. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and that was 8 days ago but they did say it could take up to 2 weeks to hear back. STAY CLEAR OF THIS RIPOFF COMPANY
