I ordered 5 top caps for my pool. They came in about 4 days time. Hector was really nice. He gave me a coupon. It was a little bit pricey for the 5 top caps but over all. I needed them and they came at the perfect time.
Large, expensive pool multiport valve arrived at my doorstep poorly packed, without padding, shipped in a beat up OPEN BOX! It's a miracle the valve arrived at all. Took pictures of the package, called their Customer Service Dept. and sent them the photos. I have not received a callback or email explanation. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN INYO POOLS.
