This company is a scam.
Initially, they lure you into depositing money, and never give you the entire clarity on how the whole system works. They exploit the lack of knowledge of trading amongst customers and sweet talk them into trusting them and depositing their hard-earned money. Initially they asked us to deposit around 250$, and they said that it was only that much that was required. But then as your account starts going in loss, they ask you to deposit a huge amount of money, or threaten with the fact that all the depositions made so far will not return, and that the account will close. Fearing this, the user deposits the demanded amount of money to not further make any losses. And the cycle just continues. They're again exploiting the fear of losing that money amongst customers and demanding them to deposit more and more money. One more thing to note is that, they NEVER give complete clarity on how the system works and what can be done to retrieve the money, initially. They only say the things that make the user trust them. They don't tell you the whole truth about the losses and what can happen. We have had to figure that out on our own, but by the time users hit this realisation, it's already too late, and our hard-earned money is gone.
Let me now share my own experience in detail.
I am a layman in stocks and trading without any knowledge or experience. Initially, I invested a very small amount and they said with this amount we could not trade invest more showing the rosy picture and screenshots of other clients on how much profit they had made and lured me into investing more asking me to fund with Credit cards as there would be time and by the bill due date they would give me back the investments and not to worry about it. They would arrange to make payments through credit card. They make you open trades and also show some profits and say if the account is upgraded we can save on Swap charges and ask to deposit more money after that no response or upgrade. Initially they are responsive and make you keep investing more and more as you rebut they are less response and leave in lurch without knowing what to do whether to close the trade or to open any new trades no information is provided. We afraid of losing money wait for their instructions and they are least bothered to attend to you or respond and your trades start going into losses. They ask you to deposit more and more saying that the if you don't you would lose the profits you have made so far and the account might be lost In the fear of losing you keep investing until you are broke. Now I am left with nothing all my trades went into losses they made me invest more and more saying we will recover and will give you the Profit of 50,000$. Now I am just praying at least If I get back my investments that's enough. All the profit that is shown to you is on the portal when it was showing Profit whenever I asked for the withdrawal they never initiated or told me the process to be followed and just stalled it. They have now closed trades without my knowledge that were in huge losses. Every day I get an email margin call to make investments it has become a nightmare for me.
I would highly appreciate it if the support team took the time to reach out and refund the money I've lost.

I first got in touch with investmarkets as I was googling for an ai trading solution. I clicked on an add and was invited to create an account. Initial deposit 200$. I quickly got a call after that from an account manager (really nice btw). But I understood that it wasn't an AI trading platform and withdrew my deposit. At that point, I didn't close my account which lead to a second call a couple of weeks later from an other account manager. He convinced me not to close my account, put the 200$ back and try them out. They gave me some good signals and I made easy profits. But the calls were getting more and more regular (2-3 times a day) to encourage me to open positions. I was getting calls at anytime of the day during work hours. It quickly went south with a position on -3000k that I wanted to save instead of accepting the loss. I ended up adding 38k to my balance in the end and grew my account to 120k over a month period of time. Which seemed amazing at first. I made a withdrawal of half my initial deposit and that's when the greediness of the account managers kicks in. After a month of trading, I ended up loosing all the balance. Although, I must admit that I got some trading knowledge out of this experience, I can assure you that the account managers don't have the slightest regard to your interest. It is just about encouraging you to make deposits, open positions and push you out of the nest to see if you fly. This without asking you if you can even fly. I wouldn't use the word "scam" because I got my withdrawal of 20k (half my initial investment) but "gambling" is well suited. The way they use inexperienced traders to make quick and easy profits is disgusting and I'm sharing this to prevent others to fall in to the hands of these account managers! Stay away, that's all I have to say!
