I wish I had read the reviews about this company before purchasing mask frames. They mislead you stating they are a USA company when in fact from China! To return the masks the shipping is more than the purchase price when I was originally charged $6 for shipping. If I could give a zero star rating I would but the minimum is one. Once again China lies!

I made a large order of the mouth shields to put inside of the mask. My order was returned and I still haven't gotten it yet. I requested it go to the payee address and I vndvdr hear anything nor do I have my money back. The tracker number says it is in route back to the company but they don't listen or care. I made this order for our hospital to try the product. I need it sent to the 17th address used for the billing and no one understands this. The package is being returned to the company and I need it sent back again. Someone help me.

I am having trouble returning their 100% polyester. They making false claims on the site. Must be illegal for the USA to trade with that scam bags.

Ordered plastic face-mask guards, no email confirmation or order confirmation sent. But my account was charged right away. Disputed with my credit card company. I should have checked the reviews before I purchased. Beware of ordering product through Instagram. It's been several weeks and I haven't received the product.

I saw a pair of very well priced "silk" pajamas advertised on social media and decided to give them a try. It took a long time for them to arrive and they were not silk as advertised, but instead a polyester blend. The company then wanted to go back on their return policy (saying I couldn't return a used item—they hadn't even been opened) and asked that I send them to China instead of a domestic location. They advertise they are based in Texas. I have asked for a domestic address where to send them and am awaiting a return. Yet another Chinese scam...

I purchased the RF Ultracavitation from them after my sister recommended to me. For years, I've tried different workouts and diets but nothing worked and just when I gave up, my sister told me about this. This product is really amazed me because I saw prominent differences in my body in under 2 weeks which never happened after I gave birth. This Rf model has radiofrequency and is giving me wayy quicker results on my stomach area which I find the hardest to loose.

Blushy Silk says that is from US and EU manufacturers, but it is straight out of China and you have to pay the postage to return the their Chinese warehouse ($20) once they arrive and you realize you paid $50+ for something that costs $3. BUYERS BEWARE!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! They advertise and state as betting a USA company and shipping from USA. I received my shipping confirmation yesterday and it is coming from China. I requested it to be cancelled when it was just a shipping label and they refused. I have sent multiple emails and they still refuse stating that since it is in China and the process of shipping has started with the label they cannot cancel and will refuse to refund my money. So much for customer satisfaction

It is not silk. It is polyester.
There is no indication on any of the 5 itmes that it is silk. I'm silk obsessed and bought it out of curiosity, because I wanted to see if it was silk for such price. The simple test indicates that it is not silk. Just take a fiber that sticks out and light it with match. Polyester melts and silk doesn't.
If you really want to buy silk this is not a brand to buy from, because they don't sell silk. But if you are not picky and, for the price fo 5 pieces, it is not bad even for polyester. Victoria's secret charges much more for their polyester pajamas.

Saw this ad on Instagram. I normally check out the site before making any purchases, however, I was fooled by the many reviews in its own website (>200, with photos!). Don't make my mistake - saw all the awful reviews after I made my purchase. Placed my order at 6pm, at 10pm that same night, I sent 2 emails to cancel - received an email back at 3:00 am the following day stating that my order shipped - impossible! Even Amazon isn't that fast! What a scam this site is and what a fool I was for believing the low price of their so-called silk pjs. If it's too good to be true, it's most likely to be a scam.
Beware of Blushysilk.com or any other name they make call themselves in the future.
Will work with my credit card company to try to get my charge back. Fool me once...

Company advertised from Houston TX. False advertising! Blames covid and election for delayed delivery, when in fact delivery delayed because package is coming from china!

Inventive USA, headquartered in Dallas, TX. True blue USA company? Ordered $75 worth of 3D printed face mask frames, that were supposed to eliminate fogging up glasses. Did not perform as advertised. Tried to return the products for a refund and was told that I had to return the product to CHINA! Even though the product shipped from Chino, CA, the ONLY place to return the product for a refund was Yiwu, Zhejiang, China. I emailed several times trying to get a US address and was told their return address was China only. Seems like their return process is design to ensure you do NOT return a product that does not perform properly. Who is going to pay to ship faulty product to China to get a return? STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
