Tried the service... was on it less than 30 minutes into a 4 day trial for $4.95 Then would be billed 19.95 a month. Cancelled the service the same day I started the 4 day trial. Received an email saying that I was cancelling... received a charge on my card for not only the $4.95 but also $19.95. Contacted them again the same day I saw the charge... email (they don't list a phone number)! FIRST RED FLAG! Got the same sorry email from them that I got the time before. Anyone looking to use this investigator service needs to look at another company. This one is very unprofessional. Just left my third message... anticipate in a day or two I will get the same email back. They don't have the guts to call me on my phone,. I have given my number to them. I wanted to talk to someone. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. You never can talk to a real person. All you do is email!
