Find a different company to insure your travels as this company lacks customer service and use every trick in the book to delay payouts.
Earlier this year we had the misfortune of having to cancel our holiday due to medical reasons. For the past 4 months we have been trying to get our claim finalized but they are still delaying things with stupid requests that have absolutely no bearing on the claim.
The holiday had to be cancelled due to a fracture in my leg but now they want my medical history for the past 5 years - what the hell does that have to do with a fracture???
Stay away from this rip off company.
