I learned to use it last year thanks to a tutorial in Italian. Despite my bad English, I increased the number of followers by about 1000 a month and they are real followers, not other bots. But I'd like to understand more about how to adjust the limits because the unfollow doesn't work perfectly. Fast and useful customer service. I will continue to use it... if Ig will let me do it.

I charged my account with 10$, Because it was the minimum. I thought it's an online service where I can put my account credentials, Set and forget. But apparently they told me I need to download an android app in order for it to work. I told them I want a service, I don't wanna run an app on my mobile or desktop. I was asked for a refund, They ignore me since then. Avoid using these scammers!

I wish I had better things to say because my experience started off better than within a month the problems began. This service is always malfunctioning. I mean always! They will also easily get you blocked even when you use the app correctly. I tried changing the settings and still got blocked on Instagram. They were unable to find people to follow despite other apps having no issue doing so. Their customer service team will lie and do not work with integrity.

Instazood was a great service! The bot functionality worked flawlessly, I had at one point 5 accounts set up.

Unfortunately after Instagram newest update, their system crashed... and the customer service could no fix it! They told me their team was working in implementing a new algorithm to their system. I think that was a lie.

Now their website is down, and I lost 70$ I had remaining in my account. If the the server ever go back. Look for other alternative.

They won't refund my balance. What they say on their site about their service is VERY miss-leading and most of it is just not true at all.

Was sold on the idea of what they offer and bought credit to use on their site, which is fine. They when you go to access the content you have to download seperate programs which arnt compatible with my computer. So i request a refund. Apparently they dont control the funds so id need to emai/ apply for a refund with another company. Alarm bells are ringing.

They have no way of proving their offering works, they dont control the funds and cannot issue a refund.
This is a dodgy company - Stay AWAY.

NB - still havent been issue a refund, no emails, no messages, no form of contact in anyway.

Very poor and expensive service. Inconvenient to use and ineffective. There are way better alternatives. Every time you log in you have to fight with their proxy (which works occasionally) to get access to dashboard. Then adding promos takes so much time and effort as you need to enter it one by one waiting for the popups to load. And after that you just watch the service skipping accounts all day for the money you paid. I got only 26 new followers in a month! And guys... Do some marketing research, the service is too expensive. I stopped using it and it was a waste of money and one month.

I tried to sign up and couldn't even get past the 15.00 payment. I'm sure if I would have signed up for one of the larger payments it would have taken my money immediately. But it gave me enough time to check reviews and realize theirs too many unsatisfied customers. No thanks.

I paid for the basic instagram bot plan for likes and follow its been 4 days and its not working theres no activity at all, i have written to instazood customer care group for support but no response from them yet. Kindly reply and help here if you can thanks.

They won't refund your money. They are just bots with fake names replying that they have a problem with their PayPal. It's been a year with this paypay problem LOL.

After creating an account, I spent an hour or more navigating the dashboard and reading the tutorials. I was confused and frustrated with the time it was taking and I contacted support. They replied,
"... you should know about it if you had read our tutorials." Unacceptable, rude, terrible customer service! Avoid instazood, it is a waste of time!

I paid for the monthly basic plan but it doesn't starts.
I see on the dashboard "Your plan has expired", I just paid for that (I also got the payment receipt). Need to solve the problem.

Keeps telling me to delete my account whenever there is a glitch and to wait 72 hrs before re-adding it, done that for a few times, same old answer for different problems. To re-add your account you need a min $ balance, so basically you are forced to add a month to be able to use your remaining credit...

You should remember, Instagram sometimes suspends on some accounts that are using an automation tool and block their account, The first time blocking is 1 day, then 3days, then 1week and then 1 month, sometimes it happens when you do not follow all our safety tips and terms of services. And when we ask you to delete your account for e.g. 72hours, is just because of that reason. And all is just for because of your accounts safety, that is so important for us.
And about the money you mentioned, please notice, When your money is less than 9.99$ in your balance, and the system says charge your balance to be able to transfer the money to paid days, just click on “+30 days” and enter the days that are suitable to your money in your balance, e.g. 5days=1.67$ or 12days=4$ and so and then press ok. And check it out that is your balance compatible with the order you have or not, then press the checkout button and after that go back to your dashboard. So there is no need to recharge your account.

Site is clearly run by people who either speak very poor English, or people who are translating their native language into English. Very poor customer support, can easily cause accounts to become blocked ( I have only had my account blocked from liking for 24 hours, but I am wary about potentially becoming completely banned from Instagram). Aside from those issues, the unfollow function is very ineffective, unfollowing very slow, or not at all. When you activate the manual unfollowing function, it does not stay enabled, and even when it is told not to, the bot tends to unfollow your own personal followers. I have had many personal friends ask me why I had unfollowed them. Terrible bot. Currently in the process of asking for a refund, hopefully they have the decency to provide me one to me.

Horrible customer support. No morals. My account got blocked using their service.

I promoted them for a while before I had these issues. Then I changed my good review on my website and they took away my commissions without payment. THIEVES.

I wanted to tryout the trial, but I was skeptical so i added an account that i just made, five minutes after adding the account to instazood the account got deleted or something, i tried searching up the@ and theres no results and I tried signing in and I cant, DO NOT use this website

Using Instazood was by far the worst experience I have had when trying to grow my instagram community. First of all, I had to attempt to "add my account" multiple times so that in itself does not work properly. After inputting my instagram information multiple times, I then get an alert (via IG) notifying me that someone from the complete opposite side of the world was trying to hack into my page with my information. Literally RIGHT AFTER I added my log in information into Instazood. Before attempting to delete my instazood account, I clicked around the website to see if it would even do what it was supposed to. It doesn't. The other reviews are probably reviews that they had to pay for. Maybe my experience was apart of the 1% that this doesn't work for. But this is only my personal opinion obviously. Feel free to try the website on your own. Just don't get hacked ;)

Opened a ticket with instazood saying that I am unable to login. Received a response that the issue was on their side and that they are aware of it.
Contacted them again two days in a row, explaining to them that I still can't login. Still did not receive a response from them.

He resuelto YO solo el problema que tenían ellos, dejaban de seguir a seguidores que yo había seguido.
Pero la sorpresa es que cuando vuelvo a confiar en ellos, pago, y no me dejan vincular mi cuenta, no me devuelven el dinero y cierran los tickets de soporte que tenía pendientes con ellos, van a dejar que pase todo el tiempo posible de la reclamación de Paypal.
ES UNA ESTAFA! Tenéis muchos más servicios no fraudulentos como instaboom o followers chief para móvil que van genial y no es estafa.

I have solved the problem that they had, they stopped following followers that I had followed.
But the surprise is that when I return to trust them, I pay again, and they do not let me verificate my account, they do not refund the money and they close the support tickets that I had pending with them, they are going to let me spend as much time as possible in Paypal claim.
SCAM!
You have many more non-fraudulent services such as instaboom or followers chief for mobile that go great and is not a scam.
