Make Lots of empty promises that I'll get full refund before payment But when seek for refund because of problems entering Msia, Christie changes immediately to a rude & nasty woman. She says there'll be forfeit and ignored my attempts to contact her. Still no news on my refund. Beware of this agent even if you're desperate for maids. The sufferings posted as real.

Very poor agency maid service and staffs are very rude including the boss. Keep delay maid arrival with many lies that i couldn't even count how many times it happened and most disappointing is the boss do not answer your calls after payment is made.
