I ordered once from site, and everything was ok. Products are good. However, I think that prices for shippment are high. I paid almost 15 dollars for a package with a weight of ~800 gramms!
Products are good, but the customer service providers suck. They promise 3 points for purchases upto 200$ and then 5 points after. I have spent thousand dollars and there are so many missing points. There is no phone number, only an email - that they dont reply to after sending multiple messages. They give you the run around and never respond clearly. Points don't even show up in my account

I review skin and hair products after using them for more than a few weeks, only to come back and find that they've been deleted. My 5 and 4 star reviews remain. But the ones that were 3 or 2 stars, they just vanish into thin air. Their product review system is not credible. After buying over $200 worth of products and realizing their deceptive business practices, I will no longer shop at innisfree.com. Good riddance.

I ordered almost $200 worth of products but the package was never delivered. Either ups stole it or delivered it to the wrong address. Innisfree customer service sucks and they only say that they aren't responsible once the package left their warehouse
This product is a rip off it is garbage.Don't waste your money. Everything I bought was awful.My order was incomplete customer service is awful There was absolutely no helpWith my complaints.Do not order from this company you will be sorry.
