Inmod

There are many businesses that offer similar products as InMod however I highly doubt that any of them could possibly match or even come close to the outstanding customer service I have experienced with InMod from day 1... it was THE reason I chose to work with them as opposed to any other company.

Be warned! My experience with inmod was completely unsatisfactory. I ordered a very expensive piece of furniture. One deliverer was sent to deliver the 300lb piece of furniture. It was left on the driveway in the snow, I had to insist it be put in the garage to keep it from being ruined. Then it was discovered the furniture delivered was defective. Instead of replacing the piece or refunding my money as requested, a furniture specialist was sent out to my house, twice, to make a repair. On both visits, the specialist indicated in his report that the furniture was defective. Finally, inmod conceded that the furniture could not be repaired, but refused to refund my money only to send a replacement. I no longer wanted the piece of furniture because it was designed poorly and will have problems in the future. It should be noted that the process Im describing, of which Ive left out many, many negative details, took nearly 6 months to resolve. Absolutely, the worst customer service Ive received... ever!
