My girlfriend ordered some eyelashes (No. 11) from the site, they sent the wrong model. My girlfriend couldn't be bothered to complain. I sent an email instead. All credit to them, they sent my missus the correct model and refunded our postage when we had to return the wrong item. On top of that they gave my girlfriend 10% off her next purchase. All credit to them, they made a mistake but sorted it out for us. Thanks.
