Ingo Money

I used this service to cash checks I received from my side job, since I don't have a bank account. I paid their fees to get checks cashed immediately; after all, isn't that the purpose of the service?
I used it for about two weeks until they stopped cashing the checks and closed my account with no explanation other than "suspicious activity". There was nothing I had done that would be deemed suspicious, so I contacted customer support, who refuses to give me an explanation. I have seen other reviews on other sites from people stating the same thing. So, they charge you fees then when they've made enough money off of you, flag your account and close it permanently. As a consumer, I have a right to know why such a flag is placed upon my name yet they refuse to provide an explanation. All of my checks have been legit and have been paid by my client's banks. There is absolutely no reason for me to be treated this way and I will discourage anyone from using this service because, like I said, this has not happened to just me. Steer clear if you don't want a flag placed upon your name. They, in my opinion, are the suspicious ones.

DON'T USE,THEY HAVE A BREECH!
Tried to upload and cash a check there to my card, I had put the wrong exp date it kept getting declined, after much frustration it was finally fixed I thought everything was done, overnight someone tried to use my card it was declined because of wrong exp date, there's a breech, tried to call them and the lady was rude and hung up on me, off you want to keep your money DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
The last said they delete all your info immediately which is a lie if you read their web page it says they keep your info and store it.

Yes i am blind and def ad when i used customer service to cash a check they where terrible to me and i got this way serving my country. They say take a picture and then they would laugh i heard them make a joke about blind mice in background noise. I'm sick and depressed after dealing with these heartless people. Thanks for making my days more down ingo money.

I recently cashed a check through PayPal and it was a quick and easy experience! I will try this again.
