They charged me $29.95 five times for one search! My bank asked if the charges were legit. I said no, so my debit card was closed. Now I have to go get a new card. What a scam. Do not use this website!
They bait and switch. They Say ONLY $0.99; but will not give you the report without you paying an additional fee of $.6.99. I PAID ALL THAT AND STILL DIDN'T GET THE REPORT BECAUSE IT WANTED ME TO PAY $29.99 FOR WHAT IT WAS CALLING FULL REPORT. I DECLINED AND I DID GIVE ME THE REPORT. They are scammers. Do not use. I am reporting them for scamming people with disabilities cuz it involves ssi. They ad a trial period and then charge you $30 a week later randomly (after confirming I had cancelled my trial)
Seeked out a company who would find any bank accounts or money in my name that I didn't know about. They baited me with some criminal records that made the charges sound very salacious. Paid $4.99 which they said was the only charge - the search literally yielded nothing but two minor traffic violations and then once the search was through there was an additional $6.99 charged to me for no reason. What a scam!
DO NOT RECOMMEND! REPEAT...DO NOT RECOMMEND! This is not reliable. Will charge you full price $30.98,even though you clicked on.99 trial period. No where in the signup process or ad does it tell you that you'll be charged. Will not refund the money. Government should get off their $#*! and put a STOP to people who scam. What a pitiful world we live in when ppl scam hardworking ppl out of their earned income.
Before the payment, it mentioned "Multiple criminal records found", so, I wanted to pay for the report and learn about those records, but on the report it simply says "No criminal records found"! And they don't refund. Also, canceling the subscription is only possible by contacting them.
Information. Com is deceptive in what they charge for services. They advertise a foecial introductory charge if $1.00 and charge your debit ir credit card for $30.00.
They are deceptive liers and shoukd be put in jail for criminal practices.

Information.com people search helped me find addresses, emails, phone numbers and also social media links for a high school reunion I was attending.
Website was accurate and I highly recommend.
Advertised a one time deal for a one time search of 0.99$ but they charged me over 40$. Then they set me up for a recurring membership with no way to opt out
They charged full price for a trial. $31 for a.99 trial. My card was hit for $31andnot.99 cents even though it was immediately requested to cancel
Phone and emails not correct i would not recommend i could not find my persosn. Their information is not correct or useable
Real dirt bags, charge or card when you say no, be aware of what they do! They should be in jail!?!
They tried to screw me pretty much just like everyone else here on these reviews, so no need for redundancy! Except they tried it twice! What a waste of space. But, they'll get theirs in the long run!
They told me I could read my report for 99 cents and after I put in all my info my card was declined. Luckily I didn't have $30 in that account. That's the only reason I knew they just screwed me over!
