I purchased the wrong pillows for my mask (I made the mistake)
I have E-mailed the company three times with no response.
I just want to exchange them for the proper pillows.
I guess I will let them keep my money and shop elsewhere.
After my post - I was contacted by the company and given a refund.

I received the 7 cat patterns of the Swedish Dishcloths. They are absolutely. Amazingly perfect - especially if you are a cat lover. The very well-packaged cloths arrived in per-fect condition. I could not be more pleased. At this point, I don't know if I would use them as dishcloths or, I might hang some on the walls - they are so precious! Would make perfect gifts!
Very professional, knowledgeable and interested in your well being. The fact that they also "match" pricing when applicable is icing on the cake.
I have ordered a few things now. Everything comes very quickly. We ordered masks. They are very comfortable. I've had several people ask where I got it. The t-shirts are very nice quality. Thick, but comfortable. I love supporting and good company like yours.

Thank you asti for the quick shipping and quality product. When I first started wearing my mask to the grocery store, I was one of the first. I love that the product is washable. As soon as I walk in the door I throw the mask along with my coat and whatever clothes I'm wearing straight into the washer. The mask dries quickly and is always ready the next time I need to leave the house.
It took a lot of trial and error but I finally found the perfect mask at Squirrl. I love the water repellent exterior and mesh interior which means I can go for my daily exercise while in stage 4 lockdown and am still able to breathe. And it's nice to wear something that isn't ugly! Such pretty designs for the whole family.
The products have arrived exactly as described and in excellent condition. Communication throughout the process was great. Wonderful experience. Superfast shipping. I'll definitely be a return customer.
I have done multiple orders from you all (personal and work) and have had a good experience every time. Your design lab area is very easy to use and the chat feature and getting questions answers is always quick with knowledgeable answers. For a few products you can be slightly more expensive but it is made up with customer service and ease of ordering, designing etc.
