Their website is beautiful! That's what attracted me to make the purchase. I received an order confirmation. Didn't hear anything for about 2-3 weeks, I started looking at reviews and got worried. I sent an email inquiring about my order. They quickly replied and said it should ship within a few days. I received my order the following week. I am happy with the quality of the fabric (canvas). I will order again, just not if I'm in a time constraint.

I just emailed to cancel my order and refund my account. But they can sure fill your inbox with 2 junk emails a day. Don't really expect to hear from them as why would this email be any different. Ugh. Guess that money is lost!

I ordered from the end of bolt sale. I selected to receive a mystery pack of 5 Christmas, 5 Patriotic and 5 white. I received 5 that were NOT Christmas, 5 that only 3 could be described as Patriotic, and 5 white cuts that were all identical. I paid $45 for these 1/2 yard cuts. I could have dealt with the fact that I didn't receive what I asked for, however, the biggest issue is that the fabric is terribly faded looking and very Stiff and the worst Quality of fabric I've ever seen. Shown the photo, is the supposed Christmas fabric.

Promises about shipping, customer service, quality of fabric all were fails! Still waiting to see how the return is handled after the cancelled order was sent anyway weeks after the promised shipping date. This has been one of my worst of not worst online shopping experience.

I ordered fabric on Jan 7th 2024. It is now the 26th of Jan. I have not received my order and have tried 5 times to get in touch with this company, by phone and email. Absolutely NO communication at all. I have purchased from them before without any problems. I hope to get my order or at least a refund. If there was some difficulty they could let a person know. They didn't have any trouble taking my money. I will never order from them again. I wouldn't even give them 1 star but you have to pick.

The company would have to have customer service in order for me to rate it. After 19 days (so far) I have no idea if I will even rec. my order.
I purchased 2 different fat quarter bundles. Each of them are printed on one continuous piece of cloth. I had intended to use the fabric in charity quilts or donation pillow cases. The fabric texture is too rough to be used in anything that would come in contact with a person's skin. That's $65.98 down the drain!

I ordered their oyster print fabric. I received my order fairly quickly, the fabric was neatly packaged and clean. It's my first time ordering fabric in a custom print, so I really didn't know what to expect, but I'm disappointed in the depth of colors. If you like highly saturated colors, like deep red or green, royal blue, etc, you won't get it. It's like looking at the fabric through thick fog, the colors are muted - like when a printer is almost out of ink.

I ordered 13 pieces of the oyster shell fabrics. It looked beautiful on line but I was highly disappointed. The colors are nothing like they were shown. They are so dark and gray I won't be able to use them as planned. A total waste of 56$ which I can't afford to lose

I ordered some sale fabric in September. It was for kitchen tea towel scarfs. I was making Christmas gifts. When the middle of October came I sent a text message to them and they promptly texted me back. They said that they were 5 weeks behind because they had to print the fabric. In 5 weeks the fabric was delivered. It's not the quality I use for quilts but for the project I'm doing it's fine. I appreciate them being honest with me about the time line but if I was going to quilt with this fabric I'd be disappointed. I have ordered from them before and loved the fabric I've gotten from them. I will probably still order from them but not sale fabrics. I do think they should state weather or not they're reproducing the fabric themselves so we the customers can decide to or not to buy.
I placed a large order on 3/12. When a couple wks passed, I sent an email asking "where is my order?" I received and answer that I would receive an email when it is shipped. Today is 4/8... no email, no order received. They aren't answering my emails now.

I ordered a sizable order on Jan 15, so lets say Jan 16 because that is a Monday. Super excited but I never received any status update, no updates at 2 weeks. Now at 3 weeks left messages and email asking if there is a delay, are they out of stock, discontinued etc, some correspondence would have been appreciated. Messages are not returned. As a business owner myself this sounds fishy. Going for a refund. Will not be repeating.

The base fabric is a very low there count, not at all quilt cotton quality but rather like those super cheaper handlers. Plus the colors are muddy and dull or totally put of focus. There is no quality control to catch shifts of ink in the printing process. The fabric only gets printed AFTER an order is placed. My small order took 6 weeks from TN to FL. Thankfully I used PayPal so I could escalate a refund claim because the company was not willing to address my request for a refund on their own.

Great selection, good and fairly competitive sale prices. Takes FOREVER to receive orders. So many other options out there with much, much faster service. Made my third and final order on Black Friday - never again. I am too old to wait months for what other companies ship in a matter of days - sale or not. Life it too short to contend with the snail pace of this company.
Like others, I ordered an have received nothing. I got 1 email saying they were behind due to the sale (which apparently goes on forever) and told they print in-house. I have sent another inquiry and gotten no response. I ordered 2/4/23 and it is 3/11/33. Unacceptable. I have issued a demand for a full refund and I'll not wait long before reporting them as fraudulent. A legitimate company would know how to handle high volume if that were truly the case. Buyer beware.

Just like the other reviewers, I ordered fabric and heard nothing from them for weeks. Ordered Jan 1 and then nothing by Jan 24. I called left a message and got a shady "customer service" email back about how they are behind 4 to 5 weeks "printing their fabric" because of the sale. I waited 1 more week, nothing shipped and heard nothing, so I responded with canceling my order and requesting a full refund. After sending the email I promptly got on the phone with my bank and filed a fraudulent charge. SCAM for sure! Next stop BBB and TN AG.

I ordered fabric to make Christmas gifts and I asked them when it would arrive and was told that they are behind by 5 weeks. I have still not received my fabric and they will not return any messages back to me. I have requested a refund due to can not possibly get my gifts made at in time for Christmas and no reply. Worse company ever. I would give a zero but not possible on here. When you call you get no answer either.
I am now waiting for 2yards of fabric and it's been 1 month since ordered.
Shop elsewhere or be prepared to wait
Ordered 8 yards of 4 fabrics in their Fun Line. HORRIBLE quality. Fabrics were thin, cheaply made and the colors were all muddy. I washed one piece and the color came out so it looked even worse. Contacted them about it and was advised to send the other 3 pieces back and my expense. Never purchase from these people. You will only be disappointed in quality and customer service.

After receiving an ad, big sale, I ordered a lot of fabric... and then waited. And waited. I wrote 3 times asking when the order would arrive and they wrote back they didn't know when. After 36 days, I requested a refund. They cancelled the order and sent me notice of it. But no refund. Three emails later still no refund. I had to contact my credit card company to dispute the charge. Never again. I couldn't give a zero but would if I could.

Lousy fabric. Dull and faded. There is a huge white border around the fabric. All the pieces I bought look blurry. I am sickened that I spent a dime with this place. Shipping is a joke. They say one thing, carrier says another so meanwhile it arrives on a totally different date. Never again

Have dealt with them twice. 1st time I cancelled my order because after a month, it still hadn't shipped. 2nd time was an accident. I ordered some fabric and then realized it was this company (it had been 1.5 yrs and I forgot the name). Cancelled my order and when I hadn't received my refund after a MONTH, I wrote and threatened to file a complaint with the appropriate agency. Had my refund within a few days. Very disorganized and dishonest company. Don't waste your time. There are plenty of much better places to get fabric.
