I have shopped at Indian wedding saree, many times before. But I was very disappointed with my recent purchase. The outfit material was nice, but the fitting was terrible. There were extra bulges and creases and it did not seem that a professional tailor sewed it. There were 2 or 3 stitch lines inside as if someone had tried to alter the size multiple times. With the high duty fees and $100 return shipping fees from Canada to India, I didnot return it.

I ordered 2 sarees. One was to my style and the other was meant to be my style except for neck style. But they did the while blouse as per picture style.
It's pointless sending these rating experience because indian run companies don't give a damn about customer service.

We haven't yet received the order we placed in early August for September, and it is now October. The communication was alright, but we received two shipping emails, one from Australia Post and the other from FedEx. We were also told that the product would arrive by the 10th of September, and then we finally received another saying it would arrive on the 13th - after that communication was very poor and we were told simply that it would arrive soon. It's been two months and we still haven't received our package - very unhappy with the service. We do understand that the shipping is longer during COVID, however the company should not have given a false date, and then sent two seperate shipping emails, one of which, told us that our product had already arrived.

I had a blouse made but it was far too short. I think the problem was the instructions were unclear. I had called the help number but didnt find that very helpful either. Once I received the saree I had to have another blouse made locally. The petticoat was also too big but I just made do with that and tightened it as much as possible. The saree did look like it did in the picture and I was happy with its appearance.

The blouse is shorter than in the picture so just under my bra line.
It comes padded which is not explained in the order and so doesn't have the cup size I requested. It is beautifully made and I can't see how to remove the padding.
I have worn sprees and had blouses made for me for years but this is not good and no time now to reorder.

The jewlery that I ordered for my wedding was great, but the custom ordered clothes was terrible. The top was super tiny and the pants were so big that they were the length of my entire body, they were also incredibly wide. The pants legs are also two different sizes.

When I called them they said that they did not make a mistake, but I have the measurements that I sent them and it very clearly was. I had ordered a lehenga from them, but now I am concerned it will come out wrong.

**Update**
They a sent me an e-mail that the lehenga and shoes that I ordered have been discontinued. It took them a month to tell me and now I am scrambling for a new wedding dress. My sister still has not recieved her lehenga either. I have not been refunded at all. This website is a scam, do not buy from here!

The purchase on its own when arrived was good however the lead up that was terrible. There was no through follow up once the parcel left your store. FedEx delivered the parcel to a local courier depot in NZ snd updated the tracking status as delivered and I found this very frustrating as each time I enquired the answer was the parcel had been delivered when it clearly hadn't, I took me another 8 days with numerous phone calls almost daily before we finally received my parcel. When I ordered the items the indicative delivery date was the 21/1. I did not get my parcel till the 8/2 missed the wedding I wanted to wear this too and ended up buying something else.

I HAD MY ORDER CANCELLED ON 3 OCCASIONS. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE. MY ORDER WAS DELAYED AND I WAS NOT INFORMED. I HAD SENT EMAIL INQUIRING AND THEN WAS TOLD THEY HAD PRODUCTION ISSUES. I WAS BUYING A GIFT. THIS IS JUST ONE OCCASSION. ANOTHER TIME I ORDERED A SAREE AND HAD PAID FOR IT. WAS ADVISED AFTER A FEW WEEKS THAT ITEM WAS OUT OF STOCK.

I ordered 2 outfits for my daughter's wedding, and was clear that I needed them by a certain date. They arrived 2 days before the wedding, and neither outfit was the right size, but it was too late to have alterations done. I had to rip the seams out of one so I had something I could wear. When I asked to return the other item, I was told I had to send pictures of the outfit with a measuring tape. I explained it arrived late and I didn't want it. They were very uncooperative and want to charge me $30 to return something that was not the right size.
Their website says "hassel free returns". Not true at all.

I've been buying from this company since 2008-09 and the price and quality of the items were very good. However not satisfied with our recent big order for a family wedding. Customer service is getting poor, buying time and very persistent. Some item's didn't get delivered on time and refund was refused even after informing that we'll be away and no one will be here to receive the package. Pls order at least 3-4 months before the delivery dates given on site. Vast difference in colour on some of the lahengas. Prices going up but quality of clothes esp lahengas are going down. However stitching is very good. Jewellery's were of very poor quality (esp beads/pearls) compared to price paid. Looked so different from the photos on site. Had to buy from elsewhere again. Lastly, despite making 5 different orders for this wedding clothes to avoid duty, order items were mixed and sent for which I had to pay a large amount of duty. However about 1/4 amount was refunded by IWS which was very much appreciated.

I have bought clothes before from here and they were amazing. However, this latest transaction was awful. They kept lying about when the dresses would be made and they came over a week late which was horrible as i'd ordered them at least a month and a half in advance and I nearly didnt have anything to wear for the event. My shipment arrived almost 2 months later than the estimated arrival date. In addition it was about 10 sizes too large and almost impossible to alter. I usually purchase from this site and I have never experienced this problem before but I'm especially disappointed because when trying to contact customer service it was an automated service.

Although I agree that the product quality is good as per the products that I've received but their delivery/customer service is poor. They use the cheapest courier Tranptl or Yodel who never give any proper time slot of delivery. It's a wasting time for customer as we have to chase. It is a pain to get update about the delivery as they use cheapest courier. I've raised it with customer service but don't think they care. There are other online shop that I've noticed used Fedex which is more reliable. I've also found that when they couldn't deliver the product but they don't really offer any good discount for maintaining goodwill.

Tip for consumers:
I dont appreciate their shipping service. I've paid a lot lot money for items but I haven't received the great service as I should be as a customer

Bought saree which was fine. I ordered jewellery through them too. But when I received the set, the necklace was broken. I sent them photos of the broken necklace and they sent another one. That second one was also broken. I asked if I can get another different necklace as maybe the one I had ordered was too delicate but they refused. They said they will send another one. I ordered and received 3 outfits, after 2 delays and many emails back and forth to customer services.
All 3 outfits have no zips on the side so it take 5-10 minutes to get the tops on with the help of my husband!
1 is peach even though it was pink online, 2 have asymmetrical stitching on the top half of the outfit (they were not supposed to be like that!)
Dupatta's look very cheap, & the material doesn't match the outfits either.
If you look closely at the stitching quality, it's not great!

When ordering the site suggested I select one size larger than required. To play safe, I ordered two sizes larger than required and still the product that arrived was too small by at least another two sizes. Indian Wedding Saree needs to get their sizes right.
Also, the bias binding on the sleeve was of a ridiculously poor quality. On the first ironing it melted ruining both iron and the dress. I would prefer to pay more for a quality product.

Timeline of sending the items is worse. They keep on sending emails with updated stages of production-procuring-quality inspection-dispatch with 5-10 business days for each stage. How long a Ladies suit will take to sew and check it. I haven't even ordered a stitched suit just the fabric but they still took more than 35 days to ship and on top of that 1 item was returned (wrong size) and 1 ladies suit doesn't have an extra dupatta as shown in the picture and 1 suit is missing the bead work on suit as shown in the picture. Not going to order in the future.

Although the package arrived on time as promised, the patiala pants came in the wrong color. Website said purple / violet but was clearly black. The tunic fit very well, except on the left sleeve the button slit was not cut open therefore I could not roll up the sleeves. Also the packing slip showed the correct amount the the items listed did not reflect the purchased items.

I normally get all my Indian clothes from here, since it is not possible for me to travel to India each time there is a function or something. I give them the measurements and they make it exactly to my size. This time around, they got rid of a lot of the measurement options, and also the zippers are not the best quality which disappointed me a lot, since that breaks my trust as a consumer. There price is very reasonable and brings me back, but this time around, I don't know the quality was not the best, and the zippers were not working at all. Can't even return them, since its double the cost to return, as I live in USA.

Had to get 20 inch zippers put in back or side in order for my wife to get into attire. (My wife is Size 6 and I added 3 to 4 inches to most measurement, but fit was tight). Also, most American female fix their hair before putting on attire and the zippers in back/side made getting into garment easier.
