Talk about chic lehengas and India Emporium is the name that first strikes the mind. I've bought a couple of designer lehengas from these guys and the quality I received both the times was brilliant. And the customer service was also up to the mark. So I've fallen for them and would love to shop again.

I had them create my bridal lehenga from a picture. The work was very detailed and I wanted the top ans bottom a specific style and they nailed it. They were very very communicative throughout the whole process and sent me photos for every step of the process. The outfit was done in the time they promised and it is very high quality. I was very worried about putting my bridal outfit in the hands of someone not in the US since we can't see it or feel it as it's getting made but they did everything they could to ensure I was getting what I wanted. I would do it again in a second now knowing how great it turned out.

I ordered two item from India emporium. Before I placed the order I chatted with an representative about the product and it seemed legit. So I went on and made a purchase. Later the website had issues sending me size form. I tried calling them for a week and I received no response. After 2 weeks they sent me an email saying they had an issue with their server. With all the hassle trying to contact them and reach them I decided to cancel my purchase. So I kept calling them again and I even emailed them a few times to cancel my purchase. I didn't receive any feedback from them. I was convinced that this website was a fraud. I called my credit card company and canceled the transaction and India emporium kept charging me even after I withdrew my money. Every week for a month they kept taking money out of my account. And at last I closed my account. Please dont make any purchases from this website.

I shopped the most expensive apparel of my life from India Emporium my bridal lehenga. I had shopped from them before but it was never so pricey and above all important. After getting the lehenga on time and with the quality I expected, I can say that India Emporium is not only reliable but also amazing.

I recently ordered two sarees from them and right from communication to support to delivery, everything was satisfactory. Icing on the cake was the quality of fabric, embroidery and design on the sarees.

I had ordered clothes for a wedding, and the customer service told me for sure it would be delivered on time, but it was not ready on time. I thus had to cancel my order back in November and I received an email stating I would receive my refund within 30 days. After 3 days still nothing, I emailed them called them no response. When they finally responded they told me I would receive it by the 15th of February. Still nothing. I emailed again no response. Finally someone answered my chat saying I will receive it by the 15th of March. Still nothing. Again same issue, no one answers. Finally someone answered my chat saying the payment portal is not working now, and I should buy other things but I don't want to buy things for no reason! I want my money back!

I ordered my bridal lehenga for my big day in January 2017 with India Emporium which I just received today (Order # *******) It looks absolutely stunning - Beautiful material and amazing tailoring. Priya was so helpful from the get go. She provided wonderful service and she introduced me to Rashu who was the talented designer. They both kept me in the loop and updated me on the progress of my lehenga and Rashu helped find matching jewelry. I was even given a tracking number upon dispatch of the delivery. Words can't express how happy I am - they have created my dream day outfit and I'm ever so grateful.

Do yourself a favor and stear clear of these awful people! We ordered my finances sherwani in mid September for our December wedding (plenty of time) they said we'd get it in 2 weeks. October came around and nothing. We tried to sort it out and they kept saying next week till they stopped responding. It is now October 21st we told them we escalated it to PayPal and instead of working with us to make it right they told us we need to withdraw our claim by the 25th or they'll send us nothing and basically called us liars. I've done a lot of shopping for Indian clothes online these people give a bad name to Indians in general. Save your money, time, and effort! If I could I'd give them no stars
