I had $73 in my inbox dollars account and as soon as I asked for a gift card my account was deactivated. From my experience this website is a scam. They say you can go in the help chat and contact them, the problem is there is no help chat. It doesn't exist.
They say you can reactive your account that was deactivated by following a link, there is no link, that too does not exist. Don't waste your time. This isn't legitimate, it seemed so legit but as soon as you request payment they delete your account and there's no way to really get in contact with someone. I once got paid from a survey website who's name I can't remember which made me think this could be a legitimate site. It makes me sad to think that there are people who are doing this for a few dollars who could really use the money to get food or something and are counting on the money being there because they show that it's in your account, up until the moment you ask to cash out. Don't waste your time on this site.

I've been an Inbox dollars member for several years and I've earned a lot of $ with them. They are fun and rewarding and definitely worth the time.

I love inbox soo much. They are always there for your after work down time. I cash out about once a month but its always worth it. Im currently at $40+ and counting!#

I spent a couple of months doing this in my spare time. Made a few dollars and they actually paid. The surveys were a pain, they dropped you in the middle sometimes 20 minutes into the survey and you got nothing, and often paid very little. Everything was going fine, and one day I tried to log on and my account had been shut down. I contacted them and got a scripted e-mail response saying that I had violated the terms of their user agreement. Additionally, I had money in my account which they never paid. Further attempts to contact them proved futile. In reading reviews from other people, they had a similar experience. Dropped for no reason. If you do decide to do this, do not allow your funds to accumulate beyond the first payout threshold. You never know. I took great pains to be honest with my answers,, but no clue as to what I did to set them off.

Their coupon vendor breaks down every week so I have to continually put in tickets for receriving cresit for the coupons I print. The videos don't work, and their customer service sucks because it is impossible to. Talk to a live person. Their bot just spits out garbage articles and won't connect you woth a live support agent. The articles do not help when the page has a bug or a coding error.

If you want to spend 15 minutes on a 10 minutes survey and after the very last question which was what is the first initial of your last name which I obviously entered correctly. Then it told me I didn't qualify AFTER I COMPLETED THE ENITRE SURVEY. This happens almost every time for the past year. Use SURVEYJUNKY in instead. They actually have good surveys that are even entertaining sometimes. And get this, they actually pay you when you complete a Survey. I don't bother trying surveys on inboxdollars anymore because it always turns out to be a waste of time. Complete the entire survey and get nothing for it. It's is always at the end. If I don't qualify it should know that before the end of the survey. Also, I ready all the questions and answer with my opinion I'm not just putting in any answer just to get paid. I'm doing everything right and inbox dollars is doing nothing but wasting my time.

They don't pay. Waiting two months for a check! I'm sick of the run around. I received two emails from a supposed customer support person but still got the run around.

It's a wonderful company and they do pay out. I've enjoyed doing the surveys and will continue to do surveys. It is a good way to earn a little extra cash and they give you other ways to earn money other than the surveys like the Emails.

This is one of the only sites that pay you what they said they were going too. Also the task are very easy so you make money fast.

I always get paid right on schedule and have never had a problem with Inboxdollars. Truly a good place to make easy extra money.

I've been using Inboxdollars for a few months now and they are easily one of the best money making websites out there. The cash out is quick the only thing is that customer support is kind of slow getting you help but once they do get around to it they are usually very helpful and can easily fix the problem your having pretty quick. I like Inboxdollars it's a great side gig to make money. They offer so many different ways to earn money my favorite is playing games to earn money they have all types of games you can play to earn money I definitely recommend Inboxdollars to anyone who wants to earn a little extra money.

After you I received my first gift card I trusted the site. I then went for a $50 gift card and after why too much time invested I finally made it to 43.75, the next day I went to check my account and it said it was deactivated, when I emailed customer service this guy Brian said I violated something in the contract. Without letting me know what specifically it was leaving me wondering where to go. I guess I just got swindled:'(
What a horrible thing to do when we're struggling to recover after this stupid coronavirus. Smh I should have know better

It's simple, informing, and not a bad way to make a few extra bucks and even save a few extra bucks while your at it. It's a win win. Fill out things you actually need. Auto Insurance quotes. I found one that cuts my old insurance price in half. Stock Market Guides. I use a new Debit Card thru a Stock Marketing Company that points you in the right direction to start earning. You just do the rest. Pretty happy with what I've made in the time I've used the site and very happy with the money I've SAVED. Those partnered with new and better understanding of money making and saving and making right money decisions has actually brought me up in life a tiny bit. Pretty cool stuff.

I was a user of this site until this morning when I found out that they deactivated my account. They gave me no reason as to why they deactivated me. They just did it. I have always taken surveys and given 150% of myself to them. I have always thanked them for giving me the opportunity to take the survey so I am just confused. To top it all off, they took away the $30 that was sitting in my account. That $30 took me hours and weeks to earn. It is just not fair. I give this site zero stars.

I'm dissatisfied at this time was hard to earn and very hard to get money on lots of things don't credit to your account and cashing out was harder

This company is true to it's word, if you complete the tasks required you get rewarded exactly as it states when you cash out... Will forever be a loyal customer to this company.

It was so easy to earn a $30, a $10 Amazon gift card AND $15.00 sent to my PayPal! Very easy to use!

Using inboxdollars is an easy but slow way to earn a little extra cash. Im glad they changed the payout options because 10$ is far easier to achieve per month for myself than the $30.
