Imreddy

The property management company, Reddy Living (previously Twenty-four Seven) is awful. They took over this complex, Coronado Court, in December & since then I have been speaking with the property manager, Sommer Hagen, about my neighbor's barking dogs. Its now the end of February & nothing has been done. I share a wall with this neighbor- her dogs bark loudly & constantly throughout the day as well as all hours of the night, including 3am. I have spoken to Sommer in person & over the phone, she eventually got short with me but said she'd serve the neighbor with a noise violation. The issue persists & now Sommer doesn't respond to my emails. I also had my heater stop working during the coldest week on record in Phoenix & they were in no rush to fix it. It took 8 days from the time I submitted the maintenance request. When they do answer the phone they're not helpful & never in any rush to ensure a suitable/ comfortable living environment for their tenants.
