Improvenet

I asked for a ceiling repair and sent a contractor named Osmany Ramos - Painting 360.
Even though I paid in full they never finished the job and instead of stucco used plaster for an exterior ceiling which if get wet it will fall apart. I have tried contact them but in their website there is no contact info and the sms I send never replied. Do not use Improvenet it is a scam.

In my Bing search for tree removal service, I foolishly chose one of those 'directory-tag' services. This one, simply titled 'improvenet.com' claimed to have been in business since 1996 and assured me that someone would reach out to me within "48 hours" and that I WOULD receive responses from 1-4 service providers. They threw the line and I sunk my teeth into it. What a fool I was. Spending 10 minutes meticulously writing my requirements and fulfilling all of the baited queries, those are minutes that will never come back in my life. 72 hours later, nothing! Not a single text, call, or email. So they collected information about my contact, my property, and my service-needs. When I sought to find their contact information, it is non-existent. More than likely, a fraudulent company 'disguised' as a service provider online so that they can gather and sell your data. My advice? Use your local yellow pages or ask a neighbor for their advice on finding a home service. Tell these fraudsters to suck sawdust!
