The site has had some glitches and I don't see a save feature when working on banners. The shipping cost does not go down when you choose to have it American made even if your 1 state away. Other than that its easy to use, has good looking graphics, the price is amazing, and quality is great.

Website easy to navigate and American made option was really great! I was a bit confused at checkout with the imprint colors. In the comments section It allowed me to write how many imprint colors to choose but I didn't know what that was or how to choose until research was done. Could this be more user friendly? Thank you! Looking forward to the finished product!

Nice Prices . I just wished IMPRINT Company would add a sort button when browsing for the Clip Art section. It was time consuming to find a specific clip art. Over all easy to create!

its been a month and I still have not received my order, I would really like to cancel my order at this point, I have already ordered from a different site and have received my package. I will be in contact with UPS to see how this can be done, it would be helpful if the company could help as well. Customer service just kept telling me to wait and it became overwhelming, I would've been more patient if the site was honest about it being backtracked or how long it would take.

I wish that I could simply see a digital proof of my design before ordering without having to pay extra.

I ordered dark green mugs with white print. There are some small white flecks on several of the mugs.

Site was fairly easy. I wonder if it is possible to just create a design in LIGHTROOM, Photoshop, or Procreate and just upload said design into a product???

The process of getting our custom coolies was so fast, start to finish! With the most affordable and most color options on the market, we didn't know what to expect, but we had our new coolies in less than a week and love them!

Figuring out how to get text with a picture on the balloon was a little tricky, but once I realized how it was pretty easy.

I purchased the embossed style. It is OK but not as easy to read as the samples show. Would most likely choose a printed style in the future.

The first phone operator at the company I couldn't understand. The next one was very clear. The website is a little hard off the mobile. The product seems good and had timely delivery.

Overall great experience. The website was very easy to use. The product looked great. There was a few that had smeared ink but we still like them.

Few bugs at the check-out but overall very convenient and easy to do.
The status of my order was not properly updated on my profile so I tought that the was not not sent when, in fact, I received it the next day.

Other than that, very smooth experience.

I had all my stuff ordered earlier today when the site froze and I had to start all over this afternoon. Other than that, I appreciate the opportunity to make decisions on line and talk to a knowledgeable service rep

i had to go back to reorder- I couldn't do it from the shopping cart. Also the delete button on the image is tricky - I tried to extend the image and kept deleting it.

Design on the product (face mask) looked great. Only problem is, many of the face masks have stitching problems causing them to split at the top and bottom.

I like that I could design my own button. Most places have you upload your art and wait. The only complaint I have is that I wish the design software was a little more involved. It's a little basic. I can't wait to see the final product.

I used this site before and was able to see designs on my wristband but now it is not showing. Any way you can fix this?

You need better cutting on your signs, the sign next to it shouldn't leave 1/8" of design on the other sign

Some images are misleading in terms of what I can order. On the example, there is full color imprint and on a form I can choose only one color imprint.
