Ordered patches 12/24/23. Approved my proof right away. It is 1/24/23 and they have left my order "on hold" for a month! I have called three times and used the chat. They have a call center that knows nothing about your order. So 100% useless. They lie and say your order is in production when it's not and each time have claimed all managers were "in a meeting" and unable to help me. Every single time. Lies after lies. It's been over a month. There is no excuse that I don't have my order!
First yard sign job went fine. Second was printed incorrectly. Customer service was slow to respond and would not send out replacements until they found out where in the process the error was. This should not effect when replacement is made and put together. They suggested I make a new order with them instead!? Won't be using again

Your FREE SHIPPING notation on your home page is VERY MISLEADING. I spent too much time designing my product to go elsewhere. But if I hadn't I wouldn't have placed my order with you.

Website is horrible. I lost an hour's work due to no ability to save design work as I went along. There isn't even a way to create an account for saved work until the checkout process. Very, very frustrating and amateurish website.
This is my second order. It's identical to a previous order I had to cancel and start over because I could never get the changes I wanted to be interpreted. I'm now paying almost $30 more for the same products I order a few days ago but couldn't seem to get my request understood.
The self design page is too hard to get to. Also no way to repeat a sign and make modifications for the next sign. Not obvious how to select colors. Have to order one stand at a time rather than all at once.
When we placed our order, the website said it would be a 3 day printing process and 4 day delivery (we paid extra for the quick delivery). After ordering, and not receiving a status update for over a week, we contacted the company and was told those timelines were not guaranteed because we did not pay for a rush order. So we ended up having to pay additional shipping fees to get our product on time. While we are very satisfied with the product, we were very frustrated that the stated timelines were not adhered to, were very misleading and impacted our opinion of our order.
Only 78 personalized face masks delivered on an order of 80 for a reunion. The package was even labeled "78 pieces." Customer service refused to send the remaining masks; offered credit instead. This does no good for my situation, which has 80 attendees.

Order extra because they might short you.

Personalized masks for a high school reunion were okay; quality was what was expected for the price. But the missing items in the shipment create a huge problem and customer service was not willing to replace the missing items (even though it was clear they shorted me).
I wanted to use PayPal. I have had an innocent vendor get hacked before and had to get a new card. Since then I only like using paypal.
There was a problem with submitting my order and the online help person was terrible and did not help at all.
Their online customer service took over 8 minutes to answer any question before completely ignoring my questions entirely. I finally submitted and order after 3 hours of being online for just under $800. Then, the following day, they send me an email saying there were problems with the order. Specifically, the one ink was not compatible with a 2 of the shirts, 2, that i had ordered. I told them to change the ink for the problem shirts and they said they had to do it for the whole order and not just the two shirts. Also, shirts that were marked available when i ordered became unavailable for some reason and not just a few shirts but about 20 different shirts/styles became unavailable. All in all, very frustrating and a complete waste of my time. Oh, and their customer service lied about the conversation we had to make me seem like I wasn't willing to work with them and to make themselves look better. They say they will beat anyones price online but i promise you it is not worth it. There are much better companies out there and paying a little more for less of a headache is totally worth it. I've included screenshots as proof of purchase and problems just in case the company tries to deny it.

Signage order form was frustrating because it did not update when changes were made. I changed from 1 color to full color and needed to start all over again because the drop down menu did not give me the option to change.
I am pleased with how easy it was to create the order and place it. I do NOT appreciate the fact that before I clicked "add to cart" it was $113 in the summary, but after I checked out it added $30+ to my check out fee without adding anything other than the US manufacturing fee.
Purchasing experience needs improvement:
- Completed purchase in Firefox redirects to homepage without completing order
- ZIP code check on purchase page does not account for ZIP+4 (i.e. the system does not recognize that ZIP *******-1122 is part of *******)
At the top of the checkout page it says TODAY ONLY! FREE Shipping, FREE Rush, No Hidden Fees. I tried to figure out how to get those things for free, as I needed to rush my order, but there was no way to do it. I tried both calling and online customer service. I did not get the problem resolved with either option. It's disappointing, because I had to pay $31 in rush fees.
I previous placed an order for name tags 1"x 3" but upon arrival they did not measure correctly. Short.
It literally took me HOURS to place this order! I went to the Chat, and I was told to call, I called, and found out there were undisclosed charges and I was told to do it online! I went online, and then could not receive the discount advertised! After HOURS I did it just because I was so frustrated I WAS going to get this ordered!! Will I ever order from this company again? NO!!! Will I ever recommend this company to anyone, even my worst enemy? NO!!!!
TERRIBLE customer service. I did the online messaging and two different people were very rude and condescending. I tried to call and could not get anyone to answer, even though it was during business hours. Sent an email regarding my issues and never received a reply. Also, the current discount code advertised on the website, does not work. I went ahead and ordered but was extremely hesitant. I may update once I receive my product.
Edit design feature does not work once item has been added to shopping bag. Had to recreate order 4 times. Message from chat (Murphy) said hit refresh, recreate order and call for assistance, none of which were particularly helpful. This process took way too long.
There is an image rotation on the website for a discount (MEMORIAL 10) and the person with whom I was chatting said that s/he would pass along the information to IT for future reference. Seriously?
I'm a little disappointed with the online chat. Said they were online but nobody responded. I just wanted verification of something. :( Not sure i will recommend this site to friends.
I was hung up on for no reason after finally getting through from being in the holding line as guest number 14. I couldnt log in with my email. (i confirmed by the email you sent about my membership exclusive deal that its the correct email.) I get that were all in this mess together. but getting hung up on, and then zero help from your online customer service rep infuriates me. Because im trying to spend money with your company.
I called customer service, rep was not helpful, he told me he could not find our orders from past, and then proceeded to tell me to go online and place my order.
Its so hard to make custom signs. There is no grid and no way to save your work and finish later. There is also a glitch where i cant move text, clip art or uploaded pic sometimes, which meant i had to restart the whole customization and reload the page.
Ordering process was easy. Offer for free shipping and free rush was misleading. Advertised as today only offer, but didn't apply to order. Online support chat responses were slow too.
