Some of the buttons were busted open/plastic didn't cover whole button when they arrived. The design was also a bit off but that was our fault for not paying for a proof

No surprises or problems. My order was exactly what I wanted and I was kept in touch with the process all along the way. Earlier than expected delivery was a welcome surprise!

The website was nice and easy to use. The chat worked like a charm and was very fast. The signs are good quality but I'm not so sure about the lettering print. Time will tell.

This was great and fast. After I places my order, I emailed them to add a white border. They said it might be too late, but when I received the sign, it had the border.

Customer service was quick and responsive. The Mugs are good - but the logo seems to be stretched out on the cups.

If it's regarding the wristbands great. Lanyards... okay supposed to be silver lettering and is all the way around except on one one every one of them

The product was exactly what I wanted at a good price. I was just disappointed that for an item that was showing in stock it took so very long to receive.

I ordered some t-shirts and paid extra shipping to have them delivered by a certain date and they came late. And the refund they wanted to give me was practically nothing.

The customer service was poor. The delays from COVID were not made clear and you should update your system so that it doesn't get false delivery dates.

Quality of product was not what I was expecting. By that was probably on my part. I ordered embossed and it just doesn't show up very well especially on white. I had no idea.

The avatar chat feature was a joke and. I dot got back to me. I asked for a full refund and then the banners arrived a couple of days later AFTER our needed date

It was great service. We needed to increase our production from 30 to 50, and customer service took care of it no problem even though it initially didn't look like it could be done. That was cool.

Figuring out pricing as I went along was a little annoying (but it seems like ALL online sign companies are this way). But comparatively, pricing was inexpensive, sign is nice

I placed an order that was done on my computer for design, and the imprint on the coffee mugs were more clear and crisp than I ever would have imagined...incredible

Previous order didn't look like it looks on website. Even after I called for confirmation, it wasn't what I wanted. Items were nice, but dont go with my banner, t-shirts, pompoms, or balloons.

I ordered 12 and received about 20 because a lot of them were very off centered or not straight i do appreciate the extras since they were not printed right but i could only use about 10 of them.

The design and order process were great. The yard signs we ordered have some scratches and discoloration on the faces, but we can live with it for our purposes...
