Some of the buttons were busted open/plastic didn't cover whole button when they arrived. The design was also a bit off but that was our fault for not paying for a proof

If you order very simple things, its pretty easy. If You have even a slight change its very difficult to get any customer service in a timely manner. One cuatomer service person, after being on hold and dropped and tranferred to customaer service where there is a voice recording which tells you there is no one to speak with, hung up on me when I asked to speak to a supervisor. Why would you transfer me to a voice recording that you have to filll out a ticket after you spoke to me for over 30 minutes knowing my issues and not TELLING me its just a voice recording!

It was great service

It was great service. We needed to increase our production from 30 to 50, and customer service took care of it no problem even though it initially didn't look like it could be done. That was cool.
