The site is very easy to use, and the prices are very reasonable.
Great price! Easy layout. Colors a little off but worked out fine.
Hard to contact and I paid extra for shipping but the product was delayed!
Frustrated with delays
Easy to make my yard sign
I ordered well over $3000. 00 worth of products from this company and was "guaranteed" delivery well over a month ago. They immediately charged by credit card, but have not delivered on the products. I have called 7 times and emailed several times as well with absolutely no way to resolve the problem. Their customer service representative are incredibly rude and have actually lied by saying that the items were shipped when they were not. You cannot get a supervisor on the phone. This is an awful business and I strongly recommend you order elsewhere. What a nightmare to deal with.
Terrible customer service. Will not work with again. They were not willing to remedy their delay in production time.
It took longer than I thought it would to arrive but I also assume that's a sign of the times right now with things being delivered
Don't waste your time. They nickel and dime you for everything. I pay it and they still don't follow through. Worst company ever don't use them.
Great deal, quick customer service, and great product
This site was extremely easy to use and self explanatory. My koozies look great! Exactly what I asked for.
Didn't like the need to pay to see the proof
I paid this company $25 extra to have this order produced in the USA. I could see from the UPS tracking that they included me on (1Z985R*******973) that my order arrived at their office in Houston at 11:37 a.m. on May 5,2020, from the Foshan Trading Company in China. By 5:00 p.m. on this same date, it was then relabeled and shipped to me. I wrote to them asking for a refund since my order was obviously produced in China and they just remailed it to me from Houston. They offered me no explanation for this. I was hoping to resolve this issue in cooperation with them, but now I see that will not be possible. I should be due a refund for the fee I paid for USA production, and this company should be held to account for their false claims of offering items that are made in the USA.
The website was very misleading with regards to shipping. When I called and asked about it. They just kept repeating the same unhelpful answer. When I asked to talk to a supervisor no one was ever available
Overall shopping experience was very good. Bandanas arrived within a reasonable time frame
I hated that I had to pay an extra $150 to get them here when I had ordered them 2 weeks prior.
Product was great customer service was poor and lied several times about delivery.
Easy enough
Hard to reach. My products have been in production for a MONTH after I paid for rush shipping and production time costs. Customer service will not cancel or refund the order and refuse to offer any appropriate course of direction other than telling me "it is what it is".
The website is easy to use that is why I gave it a 2 star. I laid $10 for 1 day rush production with standard 4 day shipping. It's been 9 days and my order says production waiting. When I used their chat services I was told it was in waiting because I didn't order rush shipping as well. I explained that they charged me $10 for rush production and have not produced.
Answer: Imprint.com is a total scam. I will never do business with them again.
Answer: Lots of back and forth. Can't call customer service. Have to fill out a 'ticket'. Waste of time.
Answer: The reviews but not I wish I did more research. They also gave me an estimated time which I need but now they can't tell me why it's way past the estimate time.
