DO NOT ORDER FROM IMPRINT if you need the items for a specific date. If I could give them zero stars I would. I placed my order a month early. Based on the information I received while placing my order, (3 days in production and 4 days to ship), I would have my order in plenty of time for the 6 year old birthday. This is why I ordered from them. Other places were closed / significantly delayed due to the pandemic and accurately represented this on their website. Also because of the situation, I gave myself extra time. I followed up after two weeks and was told my order was 'in production', but they could not give me any specifics. I continued to follow up, asked for a refund, etc. They could not give me any answers. I received an email the day I needed the signs that said my order was in production. My order arrived 5 days after I needed it and is useless. I even went through the motions to place another order to make sure I did not miss any notes saying that production / delivery was delayed due to the pandemic. There was nothing. In fact my next order would have shipped faster than the first one was supposed to. 6 days total for production / delivlery. DO NOT ORDER from here. They are extremely unaccomodating and are totally misrepresenting production / delivery timetables. They will not give me a refund. Complete waste of money and terribly disappointed in the service.

Careless service

I placed my order on April 6th. Few days latter I was asked for better picture for background, I opened the ticket and upload new picture. Haven't heard from them since then. I followed up once, they apologized and said everything is set now. I waited another 2 weeks and followed up again, still no answer to when I will receive my order. As of today 5/19/20 I still didn't received anything. If I knew it will go this route, I would never order from them.

I placed an order April 27. Their website said I was able to get rush production for free - rush as in 3 days. It is not 2 weeks later and my signs are still in production. I used standard shipping because their website says that is 4 days. I needed these for graduation - no later than May 22. They still have no shipping date. VERY FRUSTRATED - I can not get an answer from anyone. DON"T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!

Paid for rush shipping and 3 days after they were to arrive. Still no signs. When contacting them, they say they are in production, but cannot tell me where in production. All I get via opening tickets is to please be patient. They weren't patient about taking $900 from me. Would steer away from this company. Do your research and find someone reliable.

Disappointing

I'm extremely disappointed with my experience of imprint.com. Their pricing seemed lower than most and their promised delivery date was slightly outside of my preferred window but the low costs made it seem worth it. It's now almost a week after the promised delivery date and I can't get a straight answer from them as to where my items are. I asked for a refund and for them to cancel my order and they told me if I were to do that I would be charged a fee. Unacceptable.

EASY TO ORDER AND PEOPLE WERE VERY RESPONSIVE.

HOWEVER, I DID NOT GET ALL OF THE YARD SIGNS. I HAD 5 MISSING I THE BOX THAT WAS SENT TO ME.
I CALLED ON THE SAME DAY I GOT MY ORDER, AND THE PERSON I TALKED TO DID NOT TELL ME THAT I NEEDED TO TAKE A PICTURE OF WHAT I HAD RECEIVED. UNFORTUNATELY, I DID NOT TAKE A PICTURE AND DID NOT GET THE SIGNS. THEY OFFERED A 15% DISCOUNT.

The signs were printed as submitted and they've proven effective for their intended purpose. They're nice sturdy signs. My one complaint is that another print job bled into my print job so there's unattractive black ink splotches running across the tops of several of my signs.

I ordered a couple of yard signs and paid extra shipping costs to have them delivered. When I had not heard back from the company in over a week, I went to check on the signs and they said it would be 2-3 more weeks to produce them and then 14 days more to ship them. When I asked for my money back, they said my product was already in production and could not be refunded! Beware of their "terms and conditions" and refund policies. Over all, I would just go to your local office store for cheaper, faster service and more reliable customer service. I just consider my money gone and once the signs arrive, they will go in the trash because the event I needed them for will have been over for a month! Stay away!

I have been hung up on multiple times. Placed an order on 4/23 and paid for rush processing and was told delivery date of 4/29. Still don't have the 63 signs I ordered. Every time I call I get to talk to another customer service rep who don't have any clue as to what is going on. I ask to talk to someone who does know what is going on and I'm told they have to put in a ticket and a manager will call me back. It's 5/14 and I still don't have my signs and they won't allow me to cancel my order because the order is in production. I have called every day since 4/26 and I have been told that it is in production. I ordered 63 signs, they are either printing 1 sign a day or I have no clue as to why a simple sign has been in production 19 days. I paid for rush processing, there is NOTHING rush about anything they have done. I wish that I could give a ZERO star review. If you are thinking about using this company I would RUN as far as you can to a different printer.
