This site is just here for the purpose of generating income to send to Russia in their war against Ukraine. They won't send you any parts. There is no working customer service phone number, no email, no mailing address. It's a phony company that two Russians in Arizona set up over the course of a weekend.

I would have given 0 stars, but they made me select at lease one. I purchased SPC PERFORMANCE parts from the domain. They kept my order on hold for over a month claiming it was on backorder. I contacted SPC directly and the part was not on back order. Proactively, I reached out to Import Tuned via the customer portal. They said they recommended I purchased from another seller who was a bigger company. I then asked why they were advertising parts they cannot get, to which I received no reply. DO NOT ORDER SPC from here.

They are slow with getting back to customers. I've sent two messages already when they said they would ship my motordyne art pipes the week of the 29th and I still haven't received my order. They haven't even sent me an email saying whether it's been shipped or not. What kind of website doesn't have a phone number. Will definitely never ever shop with this place again!

Import tuned sent me the motordyne cat back exhaust That I paid over $2000 for in did not even send me all the parts. I'm missing all hardware clamps, and these claims cost $20 a piece. When I pay full price for an exhaust I expect a full exhaust. In port tuned have not contacted me back yet after I have contacted them and I am waiting for their reply. With contacting in them I realized that they only have an email that is directed towards no one else but the company. No phone number no customer service rep... no one. With purchasing multiple exhaust from multiple different Websites before I've never experienced a company not sending me all my parts. Now my car is stuck at the mechanic shop with no exhaust and no one is contacting me for any help on resolving this issue. VERRY DISAPPOINTED!

Do not trust there shipping, I paid $90 extra for one day shipping and it's been two days and I still haven't received anything! I really needed the part, and the funny thing is I can't even track or see if it's been shipped, there "shipping" is straight up a scam!
