Submitted a Schengen visa application through this site and due to lack of time I called them to get an urgent premium appointment, their agent said he will send me a link for the payment (£150) and I will get a confirmation of my appointment afterwards... Paid the amount and NEVER HEARD from them again, they don't answer phone calls or emails.
