I got my VHS tapes digitalized. But I was expecting them to be touched up. Many of them were still very fuzzy. I'm happy that I'm finally able to view them but was under the impression that they would be fixed.

I mailed an envelope with negatives to be processed. I was was very pleased with the pictures that are available to me on line, and the price of $0.49 per negative was very reasonable, but the shipping costs for returning the negatives was quite out of line at $11.99. (I understand the cost if you are returning VHS, etc) The negatives could have been put in an envelope and would have cost less than $2 to return. I checked into the cost of a DVD and the shipping for that seemed pretty high as well. I would like to see a lower return shipping cost for just negatives (maybe based on the number of negatives)
