This is my first time to use iMemories. I am a senior citizen and have many many photos, slides, videos etc. I sent for a box and put many slides into my first order. When they had finished, I wanted to organize the order they were in. I needed to call and was connected to "Catie". She was very patient and walked me through the entire process. She also gave me options for the final way to have my slides. I was very appreciative to her kindness and patience until I learn how to do this myself. My thanks to Catie! I am looking forward to viewing my slides on a CD.

I am very pleased with this service. It is everything I'd hoped for. I'm slowly getting all of my videos that date back to the 80's digitalized. I was so worried they would rot away and I'd lose them for good!

I ordered the box and sent my video tapes that way. They made it so easy! I received my videos, downloaded them and voila, I'm watching home videos I haven't seen in so many years. It's really fun!

I was nervous to send my original videos off to the company. Everything was explained and the process was awesome. I received the downloads and my originals back. I laughed so hard at the videos of my children growing up.

Upon receiving my second set of slide magazines returned from imemories, I was disappointed and a little scared to see the poor condition of the mailing box. The outside of the cardboard had been so drenched with rain that it was collapsing and the corners were coming apart. Thank goodness imemories had done a good job of packing my slides and enclosing them in the zip-lock bag. They were intact and safe. I think this was a post office issue.

It was a little scary at first to send off all of our home videos but the company was very quick about processing things and returning them back to me. I haven't been able to view these images for a long time so thank you for offering this service to put our memories in a digital format that I can enjoy and share
