Sent in different forms of videos that we were unable to view with old equipment. So nice to have all our Memories on one place and be able to organize them into separate albums.

I was pleased with the IMemories experience. It was easy and straightforward. Turnaround time was quick. I would give 4.5 stars for 2 reasons. 1) I wish you could have ability to view on TV app without paying monthly fee and 2) return postage of almost $25 was a lot

I had old 8mm videos that I no longer had the camera for. I tried to find someone who had an old camera or had one for sale. They were expensive on the internet and with no guarantee that they would work. IMemories was great and made it so easy. I'm sending more videos for them to convert.
I love being able to go and watch those precious times when my kids were little. You can never replace those memories. I thought I might never see them again since VHS tapes are out of style.

IMemories specializes in creating a digital copy of old home movie films, videotapes, photos, slides, and negatives so they can be viewed again with today's technology. All photos are dry cleaned, scanned through dust filters and put through a color correction process to ensure the colors look natural. With photos that are damaged or in poor condition, you may want to consider restoration services that are beyond the digital conversion that iMemories offers.
I couldn't be happier with this service. I did not expect the quality of the videos and old home movies to be this good, and to arrive so quickly. Don't hesitate to send your memories off to be digitized. You won't be disappointed!

I have great experience using iMemories to restore my old videos. My videos were rercorded in PAL system. When I sent email with my questions, customer service replied me in two days (it was weekend) with full answer at all my questions. All my VHS tapes were returned to me in the same good shape as I sent to iMemories. I tried to restore my videos with another company before, but video quality was bad and some frames were missing. IMemories improved video quality of my old videos, but sound become become very quiet (low volume). If I have to convert any other videos, I would use iMemories again.

The process was very easy and helpful. The ly took over 8 vhs tapes and converted them to digitals. These memories will last forever.

We do not store, discard or destroy any original media. We do note this on our website and in the Starter Guide included with the Safeship Kit. In order to keep the FedEx shipping rates as low as possible they are based on the number of items being returned instead of weight or destination.
