I have already written one review about this company regarding their complete lack of customer care after letting us down for my daughters Hen Party in August. For those of you who may have paid upfront with a credit card... good news. I contacted my credit card company and they have refunded my money and taken up the dispute on my behalf. It doesn't help with the fact that we were let down but at least we are not too much out of pocket.

Booked and act turned up well over an hour late, and was not the act we had even ordered. Upon querying this with the agency we received nonchalant and non-specific replies and there was no compensation offered despite this putting the entire night off kilter.
Avoid like the plague, useless customer service and zero accountability for a shambolic service.

We had venue reserved for us and when it was time to move from one to another we were escorted by a member of staff. Would highly recommend this venue. Well done to all at the IM-Entertained and keep up the good work. We ll definitely be using you in future.
