I just recently had a deal with Im-Etertained, i was bit confused before making a deal with this company but now i am more than satisfied with the services of IM-Entertained.
WARNING! DO NOT USE IM ENTERTAINED / EM ENTERTAIN-MENT! They appear to have JUST changed their name to EM Entertain-Ment... probably to try and escape all the terrible reviews. Never experienced a more useless company. Arranged a performer for a hen months in advance who arrived several hours late and was NOT even what we booked! So disappointing and ruined what was supposed to be the hen's special night. Could not get in touch with anyone at the company on the night and when I complained they took weeks to respond to every single email - presumably hoping I would go away. Also, agree with Emilie A - all the positive reviews seem to be (very poorly) written by the same person... quite funny to read really.
I have never in my entire life been so disappointed. We were so excited for our dominatrix session which was a surprise for our hen. We had no communication and they just didn't turn up, leaving us completely in the lurch to try to organise something else for the whole afternoon, a 2 hour gap in our schedule and the main event of our afternoon. Unbelievably unprofession to have no communication despite 3 emails to them and no phone number that you can get through to. Awful, don't trust this company to delivery anything.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IT IS A TOTAL SCAM. They took a deposit and then cancelled our booking on the day by text 15 minutes AFTER they were meant to arrive. Any positive reviews on here are fake and are blatantly written by them. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!
I've got to say I have rarely experienced this level of customer service in this sector. Well done on getting it just right.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I hired a dwarf entertainer for a stag party. I paid £150 deposit. Then on the night of the Stag - 2 hours before we were supposed to meet I get a text saying it has been cancelled. No explanation. Now I cannot get through to the company to get a refund. Nobody answers the phone. Nobody replies to my emails. Absolute scam. This was over 2 weeks ago and I have had nothing back from them.
Please DO NOT waste your money with these guys.
