I joined ilovekickboxing simply because they had a web special, but it has honestly blown my mind. It's the most effective workout I've ever gotten, in the most positive and supportive environment that I've ever been in. The staff push people for a better workout, but also respect that different people have different limits. I signed up for a membership and can't wait to lose some serious weight!

I have been going to iLoveKickboxing in Newmarket since July 2018. What a great workout to improve fitness levels, muscle tone and deal with stress. The Instructors are motivating and make you feel like part of the family. I am hooked!

I am a recent joiner of Ilovekickboxing (Newmarket) and I LOVE it! Honestly I was skeptical of joining a kickboxing gym as I thought I would not get the workout I was looking for, man wasn't I wrong! This place is amazing! A full body workout and an amazing family feel between staff and members. They make you feel right at home as soon as you walk in the door. The staff are wonderful and motivating and the members are just as supportive. A sparkling clean building with great music to get you going. I have seen more results in 3 weeks here then I have at previous gyms with months of work. Highly recommend to anyone looking to achieve fitness results without feeling self conscious or judged. Love my new fit fam!

Gotta love a good workout with an amazing team! ILKB is the way to go. Highly recommend this if you're looking for an intense workout leaving you energized with power.
