Previous orders have exceeded my expectations. So far the process has been relatively seamless as has been the ordering.
Overall okay. The app won't retain my photo so have to upload from the computer each time. It also won't remember the size specs that I entered so I have to re-input them each time. Previous orders were of good quality and have lasted me for more than five years. My prescription was upgraded and is the only reason why I need to reorder.

Answer: We do not direct bill any insurance company, but you would want to pay for your order online first and ask us for a copy of your invoice that you can submit to your insurance company for a reimbursement.

Answer: We offer a lens replacement service for frames that were purchased from us before. If not, unfortunately we do not work for them, for on the rare occasion that eyeglasses are damaged during production, we are not able to replace them.
Answer: Yes, our glasses always come with a hard case and a cleaning cloth.
