I have a birthday coupon and I tried to use it and the order page let me put the coupon in but then Nothing happens. It didn't say bad code it didn't say good coupon NOTHING, Messaged customer service and NOTHING. JUST an auto message! Do better FALSE ADVERTISING IF U WONT TAKE COUPON YOU JUST SENT ME!

Been following this product for a couple of years and am finally biting the bullet and trying it. After reading many positive reviews I decided to buy. Of course they want you to subscribe but you can do a one time purchase. The only negative in the in cashing out process is that I never saw an itemized amount so I could see what was charged to my account.

I purchased Il Makiage Power Lift. It arrived right after I had to leave to go out of town for the illness and ultimate death of a parent. When I returned; weeks later, I tried the product and did not see any benefit. Definitely not worth the $70 price tag. I reached out to customer service since I was outside of my return window, they basically said I was out of luck and there wasn't any refund or product exchange available to me. Very disappointing and poor customer service based on the circumstances. Not with the money!

I have requested the refund within 60 secs of ordering but it wouldn't let me through automation. I had to send an email. I better not get it in the mail or I am going to contact better business bureau!
I love this foundation, it fits directly to my skin and skin type. It's amazing and the best thing they let you try it for a few days and if you like it you keep it if you don't return it. But believe me you'll love it

I'm very skeptical about purchasing products online before trying them. I have a combination of oily and dry skin and unsure of my skin tone. The quiz to help decide the right shades was incredibly easy and so was the purchase. I decided to buy the No Filter primer and the exfoliator. Update to come after I get my products as a first time user.
All the upselling at the end is very confusing and frustrating. I was tricked into purchasing a product that i do not want.
