Having been inundated with ads on every platform I decided to give this product try. According to them it will be a "perfect" experience. Oh so wrong. Apparently I don't know what color my own skin is for the color match because what they sent me was horrible. The first made me so pale and so yellow I looked like a wanna be Geisha on a bad budget. The second shade was still too light and left me looking like my liver packed up and left home. I dutifully completed the online questions one more time hoping someone would listen and get it right. Unfortunately, twice must be the magic number because I received no third try (despite what I was told online), and I'm now left with useless product that I wouldn't dare go out in public with and a big bill.

Because they charge you full amount of money in the begging and they don't have option for cancel order there customer service is worst and don't have a option for refund. I will suggest not to buy product from them. Even if they tell you try before you buy. There customer service is liar 🙄 and they said there is no option for cancelation order.

Shopping was fine. But the website took me to Apple Pay without me being able to verify my address was placed correctly. I noticed that my address didn't include my apt #. So now I sit and wait to see if it can be added or if I need to cancel my order. Which would probably had been an easy fix if I could have just talked to someone.
I have been using Il Makiage products for over 2 years. Love the foundation and concealer. The website was a little confusing at first. Once you get the hang of how everything works, it's great. I does get a little irritating with the multiple pop ups while checking out but overall great website. I do have to change my product replenishment date often. I don't wear make up on my days off (Sat/Sun) so I have to extend until I'm running low. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the constant pop ups while checking out. If there was a page directed to items on sale or on discount for easy use that would be great. Keep posting on TikTok. That's how I found your products and learn about new ones. Oh, also keep the $15.00 coupon available longer, I don't always need something when I get it and it would be wonderful if it could just be added to my account to use on my next order when I'm ready for it.
Do NOT sign up for the prepaid annual plan unless you absolutely love their products. I made the mistake of signing up for the annual plan. I don't like the concealer anymore but have two auto-ships left on the plan. I HAVE TO get two more products of something I DON'T like and DON'T use because "customer service" can't be bothered to offer me a refund. Even though their site offers refunds, apparently, it's only for select customers. I like their skincare products but not a fan of the makeup.
Answer: Yes! I believe they are anyway…but the problem with asking different peoples opinions and that is you will get MANY different opinions! The reason I say go for it and try them out is because regardless of if the products suit YOUR skin and style their customer service is amazing so you aren't really taking a risk as if for whatever reason you don't like what you buy they will fully refund or exchange with no problem at all. They are really quick with responding to enquiries too so if there's anything you want to ask them before buying I suggest sending them an email and you will soon see what I mean…they really go beyond to try and make their customers happy!
