Well, I had a $20 gift card that was given to me to answer some questions survey questions. I tried using that $20 gift card and it was not available. I had a $15 one as well that was gonna expire soon but I wanted to use the $20 one and I emailed you guys several times, but no one bothered to return my messages so I feel like I got screwed out of it not too happy about it still bought the product but that's not the point

I am BEYOND FRUSTRATED because I am set up on auto replenishment for Power Up Eye Cream, it was supposed to auto ship on 1/15/25. I received an email that my account information needed to be updated before it would ship. I did not understand because the day before I received a shipment from them and nothing has changed since my 1st order.
After ENDLESS emails with the Tech Team getting different answers that were not helpful, the CS Team "lied" and told me it is out of stock. I asked why it appears available online and they could not answer me.
