First off I would like to say fine print is definitely what kind of card they love to play at this place. They offer a free trial for face cream which is a nice gesture but no where on the face page where they ask for all your information first for this free trial does it state "After 14 days you will be automatically billed for this product" no, you have to find the link at the very bottom which goes to a whole new page and then read the laundry list of terms and conditions before you even get to the part it states anything about that. So that in itself is bad advertising to me when it could just be easily stated on the front page "14 day trial period" not that hard. I can see that something like this can be the faults of both parties involved but this is where they really urk me. Call in to get this all cleared up because I didnt want the product and didnt realize there was a 14 day trial on it and I am introduced to the biggest jerk ever. Talking to him he pretty much spat in my face and degraded me trying to make me feel like an idiot. Excuse me but I do not like being treated like a moron or like just a random number to this "huge" company. So unless you like dealing with tech support that will treat you like utter garbage I suggest you go to a more reliable website who actually cares for their customers.
