LGM has a sprouting warranty.
Only 13 of 20 sprouted.
I sent multiple requests using their customer support form emails etc. and I get no reply.
Most disappointing.
They did ship fast.
Think I'll try someone else next time

Great response time from customer service. And always delivered on time. All that was bought have sprouted no issue with grow. If you have issues it is your growing medium or you have know idea how to grow. Great company.

Ordered 10 GG4 seeds. Got them very fast. 3 looked as though they were stepped on. Sarah answered my email in less than 12 hours on superbowl weekend. She sent me replacements lickedy split. I was satisfied enough to order 10 apple fritter seeds again so they earned my repeat business.
Will be ordering some more shortly with confidence.

I appreciate the customer service- personalised and very helpful with any "product faults", in that they ensure that one gets 100% results (replaced everything that just happened to be "faulty", regardless of the obvious facts of nature!).

P.S. Even though I had deleted my customer order no. Email (prudently), they looked it up and were to send out the exact amount of "faults", but it seemed to take longer than usual to receive so I let them know, thinking they were still on the way. Meanwhile, they checked the records & found they hadn't been sent, so they sent me double the amount and they arrived safe and sound a week later.
Pretty good considering Aus Post new "once a week delivery service".
Whew, long story short-
Sticking with them!

Two Do Si Do plants going now, they are at about seven weeks. Starting to get more growth. Pictures are included.

I received my order and was disappointed because all seeds were crushed. I sent an email with an attached photo of the seeds. They let me know that a replacement order was being shipped to me. Within a week I had my order in my hands and not a single seed wad damaged.

The customer service representative at ILGM has always been professional and courteous. All of them are very knowledgeable about plants, and people!

Ilgm is an amazing company with outstanding customer service! I started my seeds like an amateur an messed them up an they resent me more seeds as I explained how I messed up. I appreciate fixing my mistakes now I watched their video an got myself on track thanks again ilgm

This season was my first time growing. I was referred to ILGM by a friend. I grew in pots, outside. The plants were beautiful 6-7 feet tall but no sign of flowering. On Saturday of labor day weekend I sent an email looking for help. This email was responded to in a few hours. The information that I received was very helpful. 5 weeks later I harvested the plants. I purchased 10 Super Silver Haze seeds, and planted 6 of them resulting in 4 nice plants. The rest of the seeds are for next year. For a first timer I'm happy to know I won't need look anywhere else for seeds and support.

After I did a thorough review before buying from ILGM I discovered I made the right choice. There are many choices out there but ILGM has the best overall between service and products. The service is the highest I have seen compared to any other company. Response is immediate and very helpful. The make everything easy. The products are the highest quality I have ever tried. And the selection is wide and the website is easy and informative.

I bought 20 seeds 4 of them germinated and grew but only one actually flowered and grew buds the rest of the plants just leaves to the top of the tent yes they replaced the seeds and I got the same results never asked them to replace the seeds after telling them about my experience they tried to say it was m y fault and after 40 seeds I have one plant and they told me they are not replacing the seeds that's fine they won't grow anyway don't need to waste electricity on plants that don't grow

Attentive, helpful, inspiring and fair is how I'll describe ILGM. These guys and gals are the real deal! You want be disappointed! They are fast with delivery and the products are as described! ILGM is one of the best in the business!

Very important post I feel hella bad about this the truth is I was just out of weed yesterday and in a $#*!ty mood so I left a bad review earlier and rather than just write a good one I thought I would add that I was able to get some weed and now of course I have no complaints about these guys I didn't even give them a chance and they reached out to me right away and the problem was totally my fault because I am a beginner to growing. Anyway I love mairjuana and I love I Love Growing Marijuana. Five stars!

7/28/21 was my first order with ILGM.com when I bought 5 Granddaddy Purple fem seeds. Everything went super, quick delivery, 100% germination. Then 9/18/22 ordered 5 Bruce Banner fem seed and all failed to germinate. Excellent customer service gave me account credit. Waited until 2/20/24 to use that credit and purchased 5 MK Ultra fem seeds and just tried to germinate six days ago, another fail! Before and inbetween these dates I used other seed banks without issue and have 10 years experience. I love the company, the site, CS, but wholly crap, two fails in a row and I have to move on... Just ordered from The Attitude and gave up on ILGM because these delays have been real bummers for my schedule. Out $100 for a lot of effort wasted. Very sad 😭

I have tried 6 other seed banks until I found ILGM. The genetics are great. I am filling twice the amount of jars per tree with these seeds. Customer service is 5 star. Not 1 issue getting replacement seeds. They always respond quickly to my emails.

So this was my first time purchasing seeds. I had high hopes after reading all reviews of ILGM. At first everything went well I placed my order it went through no problem,had the seeds in my hand within a week. My eight seeds all germinated, they had an 1/8 to 1/4 inch or so tap root, when I planted them directly into the prepared outdoor beds. For unknown reasons, only three of the eight ever broke ground. They were Bruce Banner autos. Very slow to grow, and to top it all off they hermorphodited and all I ended up with was three scrawny plants with buds full seeds. A friend of mine who got the other half of my order grew indoors with the same results.Wierd thing is now, I still get their emails but I'm unable to log into my account saying my email is not recognized but I still get their email to it... I had high hopes but it was all a let down to say the least... I don't understand how one could not know they're selling hermaphrodite seeds... I no longer have faith, trust or any intentions of purchasing seeds from ilgm again. It all seems pretty shady to me now. Thou I haven't complained or discussed any of this with support. I CAN'T log in, for some unknown reason, or maybe not.
