I almost did not order due to questionable reviews, but I received my items very quickly, and the pricing was excellent. I ordered artificial nails, and the price was less than half of other places. I will note, the glue that came in the packaging was hardened, which happens over time, but they enclosed two additional glue bottles at no charge. Very satisfied and will use again.

Broadway lashes ordered 10 pair of light flimsy lashes. No substance and WAS NOT ABLE to return them. Frustrated

I normally order from this website but this time I ordered my package came with nothing in it which I do not understand how happened. I emailed the company and they haven't even responded yet. I would not really recommend this site anymore because they do not have good customer service.

I ordered 2 nail polishes on sale and they came super quick! But when I opened it one of them was the wrong color, but it says on the bottle the correct name? It isn't old either. I would ask for a refund but then you have to pay for shipping and I already opened to see it. The other nail polish is great though. A bit skeptical. Also the reviews here are all either hit or miss…

I have placed two orders with this company. Had no issues. One of my orders was for a mystery box of products. I received products that were well over the price of what I had paid.
So far so good, plus I received my order within a week. During the Christmas season it did take longer, but that is to be expected.

I don't know how anybody can give a bad rating to this site. I have been shopping at ikatehouse for years and have never had a bad experience. You cannot beat their prices. And the shipping is FAST. I think whoever gave a bad review are other company workers trying to smear ikatehouse. Don't believe any of it. This site is legit and a damn good one.

Good prices on good products. But the site is a scam. You are sent a coupon that is immediately invalidated. They do not help you with a new coupon. Then, when your package isn't delivered, they'll say "oh well. Call usps I guess."

Absolute false advertisement and scammy behavior. I can't post a pic because I never got what I ordered!

I order some items from ikathouse.com, didn't receive the items. I email and text them, no respond. So, know I got file a fraud complaint and do a dispute.

This is the second time that this happen to me. Learn my lesson, order from the company itself or well establish third party company that been around for years, do research on companies that you don't know nothing about and that someone told you about before ordering, order $10.00 worth of stuff or lesser to see if you going to receive the items, so, you won't get made if you don't receive the items because you spend an amount that you won't miss, and used a prepaid card to order. Now I know better, so I'm going to do better. Got to be more careful. You live and learn. Give ikatehouse zero stars.

I ordered and they took the money from my card. After 3 days itext them they said that they reject my order because I didn't but my full address! Though that i order from Colourpop at the same time with same adress but I receive my order from Colourpop. That is the different between PROFESSIONAL and NOT PROFESSIONAL company! Idont know if i can call IKATE HOUSE company!
I try to contact them many times by email. What's app and direct message NOOOOOOOO RESPONSE!

I really wanted to love this website! I received my order, pretty fast, so was happy. Then, I discovered I was missing 2 items - and another product I ordered was completely dried out.

I wrote to customer service, and waited for a response... and waited, and waited - and I'm still waiting. That was over 3 months ago. I never received my missing items, which really made me upset but mostly disappointed. I spent close to $60.00, so they will never get my business again.
