Tip for consumers:
I have been told returns take a long time. They may possibly mess up on the engraving, but they have good customer service! I got a different new ring with a discount, so they'll work with you!

The item purchased was poor quality. When I expressed my dissatisfaction with their customer service, they offered a discount on more of their garbage jewelry. I requested a refund & return the item. They refused stating it would cost more to return, but they would refund half the cost. To date, I have received no such refund & consider this a donation & hope no one else gets scammed.

I bought a beautiful ring but when it came it had to much pink in it. I asked to return the ring and was offered a choice to pick a different ring at a big discount and to keep the original ring. I opted for that. The company and I emailed back and forth to ensure I received what I wanted. When my second ring took a while to get here, I emailed the company again and they contacted the business the ring was coming from. It came 2 days later. I would certainly buy from them again.

I ordered from the company and then had to move. I was unable to put in a change of address as the package was already in transit. It got sent back to IIathena and they contacted me about a new shipping address. I received my package inside of two weeks after that.
