Terrific business practice. I would NEVER use them again. I was very disappointed with Mac from Support and the way he addressed my questions and concerns. Shame!

I have been using iHomefinder for the past three months, and I have been very impressed with its ease of use, powerful features, and excellent customer support. IHomefinder is very easy to use, even for beginners like me. The platform is well-designed and intuitive. I was able to quickly and easily learn how to use all of the features that I needed. I especially like the marketing automation tools that automate sending emails and text messages.

Support is slow once you are a customer. They need a 30 notice to stop service so they charge you another month even when you are not using it anymore. Do yourself a favor and use another IDX provider.

Complete lack of support. Failure to fix numerous issues with my website. Crippled features. My real estate board even threatened multiple times to cut them off the IDX feed due to non-compliance with board regulations. Once you're in, you'll jump through hoops to try to get out and won't get a refund, even when promised one due to their failures. I was passed around from rep to rep, promised 3 times I'd receive a refund due to all the issues I experienced, and then after 4 months (yes, 4 MONTHS) of back-and-forth, was flatly told "no refund." I could not be less impressed with iHomefinder.

A designer was going to try to use ihomefinder.com for my website. The plugin was not successful therefore we never used it. Shortly after my debit car expired. I get an email a few months later asking for payment for a bunch of months. I repeatedly told them about 26 times I had never used their services and my card no longer existed so there was not way I could have used for their services or paid for their services. They were adamant about collecting. So about a year or so later I let them know i have a designer who may want to use their Idx services. After about 10 emails they tell me if i give them my card info they will "erase" the "past billing". They they turn around and charged my card 88.95 before I even have a chance to try them out or select a plan. I never authorized them to charge my card. These people are serious scammers. They don't answer their phones. I think its one person who runs the company and he outsources the phone calls to a call center. Definitely stay away from these people.

Innovative and user friendly. The agent fee is actually high though that's why i did rather invest in cryptocurrency for now with reliable platform's like btcprofituk dot com where you get 20% off of your investment and its safer and easier. I'm saying this due to my personal experience and due to the fact that big companies/firms are now investment big time in cryptos like bitcoin and ethereum.

Both the plugin and website ihomefinder offers are clunky and slow. There are many better and cheaper options.

I signed up for iHomefinder service about 6 months ago and have been impressed. The product works well, and my advertising campaigns are working sooo much better with this IDX solution compared to my previous (Showcase). I'm really happy with everything.

Overall, I'm very impressed with the iHomefinder IDX product. The map search looks great and works well with my website. I'm now generating a decent number of leads from my website, and am very optimistic that iHomefinder will help me grow my overall Real Estate business. The system is also easy to use. My web developer had the plugin installed and looking great within a few minutes.

I'm a big fan of the iHomefinder IDX, and my web developer is now as well. I'd highly recommend iHomefinder to any real estate agent looking to take their online game to the next level.

Will never do business with iHomefinder. Sketchy business, happy to charge you for service you specifically asked not to have.

I've used iHomefinder for about a year. This was a big upgrade from the page my broker offered. I'm now able to generate my own leads.

I really like the iHomefinder IDX search. It's easy to install and looks great on my website. They also stand behind the product with great training and support.

Horrible service provider, a non existent customer support, no one ever answers the calls, the only extension that works is the sales department, once they get you, you are screwed. They make changes to your website without any warning or notification, 3 hours later when you get through to some bimbo who claims to be "the manager" you find out there is nothing she can do to undo their disabling of the control panel, BASTARDS!

I've been using the iHomefinder search plugin for about a year and have had excellent results. The map search consistently gets positive comments from my clients and leads. I'm also generating over 20 leads a month with little marketing spend.

The iHomefinder idx and service is great. The company is also easy to work with and support the product well. I was able to implement the IDX with my WordPress website in minutes and really like the results so far.
