I have purchased from them many many times and am very happy. I love that they are helping shelter dogs. I have gotten many free items from them over the past few months when they have offered them. I had one issue with not receiving an order in a timely manner and the customer service was great! It was through email and did take a few days but I understand what's it like to work in a busy business and to have entitled impatient people breathing down your neck all the time over every single tiny little inconvenience, so I don't treat others like that. Most people in this world are just impossible to please and run straight to the internet to write bad reviews over the stupidest things. They took care of my issue very well, not only did the refund me but they also still shipped my order out, plus sent it out again so i got double the products for free! I look for their emails every day to see what is being offered and check out their site all the time. I just love it!
I requested to review how much they donate but they directed me towards their charity partner. This leads me to believe that if you make a "100%" donation, they're doing some funky stuff in between your donation and getting it to their charity partner.

Sign up for their emails to get free or discounted items! They also have really good stories about animals too in the emails. If you're an animal lover like me, you'll love it!

This is my go-to place when a loved one of mine has lost their dog. My dogs mean the world to me and I have many close friends that feel the same way. I have used iheartdogs twice now and both friends were blown away by receiving a surprise gift after the loss of their best friend. Plus, iheartdogs give back to shelter animals. I highly recommend sending anyone who loses a pet a gift from this site. It ships fast, it's high quality materials and it helps the owners have something to remember their pets by.

I purchased the military camo and stars & stripes wristbands (one each) and am extremely happy with them both. The order arrived in a timely manner and my subsequent question about them being waterproof was quickly answered in detail. I very much appreciate the cause of matching veterans with PTSD to shelter dogs and appreciate the opportunity to support both the veterans and the dogs. I purchased the white memorial bracelet for a friend. She was so happy that many shelter animals were fed in honor of her dog. She loved the bracelet.

I ordered a T-shirt in a size medium. I was told 10-14 business days. It got here in 6. The shirt itself is adorable and fits perfectly. It seems like decent quality but I haven't worn it enough to tell if it will wear down quickly. I did email them back to show them a picture of my pup, since their initial email says they would love that. They responded that day to say thank you and were very polite in general. I would definitely order from them again.

I ordered a key necklace today in memory of my best friend dog (Gypsy) who passed away about 6 months ago after 13 years of companionship. Whenever I wear this, it will remind me of her and the other animals out there. May they all be blessed and find love in their short lives.

I heart dogs has really fun and cool t-shirts and other stuff related to dogs. They also send e-mail alerts on any relevant news like pet food recalls and very touching stories. Everything they sell results in a donation to a dog related charity. The products are not overpriced and good quality. One of my favorite places on browse.

Don't know where to post I so I hope somebody will read it.
This site is to HELP pets, yes you get products for it but why don't you donate directly and solely for the solely purpose of helping? I purchase things as a reminder off all help needed. These animals deserve a life better than being in a square cage or maltreated y prior owners. Let's help them, IDog does so much for them, let's keep the cause. Second Chance Movement, dogs are moved from overcrowded kill shelters to places were dogs are wanted and needed. Buy decals stickers magnets and share them by passing the word to more people. Many more could help and more $$$$$ could be donated. LET'S DO THIS! I'm why don't you?. Elisabet

This is only my 2nd order, but the first went smoothly! Received my flannel paw print pajama bottoms in a fair amt of time and they were exactly what was shown on the site! Ordered a "I kissed a dog and I liked it" tank top today with a $10 donation for shelters. Can't wait til it gets here!

I have had many, MANY kids, over the decades. Some with hooves, MANY with paws. Not only are they more aware, appreciative. But, they were easily trained, and just soooooo loveable. Like they knew. They had little time left.

I ordered a bracelet and key chain for my sister for Christmas to remember her rottie that had passed away this was all she was talking about so ok I will get it for her. The web site is nice and everything you buy helps shelter dogs so it's a win- win deal. I got confirmation that my items would be shipping from Idaho and would arrive in about 10days (not bad I'm in Michigan) but the greatest part is it was here 2 days after ordering! I've re-ordered their freeze dried treats many times now, as well as the omega-3 soft chews. My dog goes absolutely crazy when I use the freeze dried treats as a food topper. I've also noticed a signficant difference in my pup's coat from the chews, and less shedding. Love that they show you how many dogs each order feeds when you checkout!

They don't have a phone line for customer service, only email. But they are very friendly and helpful.
