En esta web venden productos originales muy buenos con un precio muy competitivo. El servicio de atención al cliente es realmente bueno y te contestan muy rápidamente. Después de mirar en muchas tiendas me decidí por comprar en igogo.es por el precio y la atención que me han prestado, y ha sido todo un acierto. Muy buena tienda en todos los aspectos. Esta era mi primera compra en esta tienda OnLine. Los precios son muy buenos al igual que los productos.
La descripción de los productos se corresponde con la realidad, no hay ni trampa ni cartón.
El serrvicio comercial y de atención al cliente son estupendos para hacerles llegar cualquier consulta o aclaración.

Hola, yo había hecho dos de compra sobre las IGOGO.es sitio, he tenido una gran comunicación del equipo toda Igogo, mis órdenes llegado muy rápidamente como en casa, estoy muy satisfecho de haber comprado a usted, yo recomienda 5 * Gracias
I buy a mobile on IGOGO.ES, a Spanish site, to avoid any duty costs on 20/Dec/2015.
During the purchase every information about the origin was omitted and honestly everything was treated like it was a Spanish company and I believed that the mobile come from Europe, that was what they make me believe.
Lately I found it come from Malaysia and after I receive a call from DHL informing about duty costs associated with a value of 190 to something that costed 327 with transport and insurance included.
So based on this I informed Igogo that I would not receive the mobile once it was not the deal I made, I was fooled.
On 7/Jan/2016 I send back the mobile and on 15/Jan/2016 Igogo informed that when they receive the mobile they would propose a reimbursement.
Igogo received the mobile back on 21/Jan/2016 and now they are not respecting the proposal they made and are giving excuses and delaying the closure of my complaint.
Igogo is not being honest and since the beginning that they passed by something they are not, hiding the provenance of the mobile phone.
Don't do deals with these guys.

Recientemente hice dos pedidos, ambos de smartphones, (IS************** y IS**************) y he quedado gratamente sorprendido. El precio es inmejorable en todos sus productos, el producto se envio en 1-2 días con número de seguimiento y en 10 días lo tenían en casa. Repetiré
HE COMPRADO YA MUHCOS PRODUCTOS DE IGOGO Y SIEMPRE HE ESTADO SATISFECHO CON LO QUE HE COMPRADO. ALGUNOS PRODUCTOS ME HAN LLEGADO RAPIDISIMO, COMO EN 10 DIAS O ASI OTROS ME HAN TARDADO LO NORMAL, UNOS 20 DIAS. LO RECOMIENDO AL 100%, PAGINA MUY FIABLE.
