I Fly First Class

Very good service with some caveats. I'm happy about the price. I wish I don't have to book it over the phone, in the day and age I want to do everything online. But the price was good. Thanks

I ve been working with IFFC for the past 4 years. And they always save money for my business trips. My new trip coming up in January and I will fly with them again.

I've been using couple of different similar service companies, however, was disappointed that once you booked your ticket you are on your own basically. If I needed to change something it would take few days to get a response,especially during the weekend. I eventually did my research and found this company based on a pretty good customer rating. And I can agree with everyone else that their level of service is the highest. Even if I am in Europe and need to make some changes I am always getting help within few hours. They are always trying to accommodate my need even though I fly a lot and consider myself a complicated customer. I am very satisfied for now and hope to continue working with them.

My wife and I purchased airfare from iflyfirst 2 weeks ago. Delta took good care of us, outbound flight was easy and we had good seats. So far so good

Iflyfirstclass consultant Dennis was good. We did have to cancel few days before departure and unfortunately tickets were non refundable. We were able to use our credit later with the same airline. Be vigilant about change fees

I had a mixed experience with iflyfirstclass. I purchased a ticket few months ago and all went well in the beginning. We wanted to change a date later but they quoted me $250 fee per passenger. I would give them 5 star if they would waive this fee. Agent was Donna

I will update my rating after I take the flight. So far I got all tickets, it's a was a bit of a mess to add frequent flyer miles. Will see how it goes

We found iflyfirstclass via friend, I'm not a big fan of booking over the phone it it all worked out fine

I booked my airline ticket using IFlyFirstClass, the price was cheaper than the airline itself.
the service is good.
i had to change the return flight, chatting with IFlyFirstClass employees until I was satisfied with the change and then confirmed with them.Overall it was a good experience.

Donna was very patient and responsive. Price was ok, we had to change our return flight and pay a change fee. It worked out in the end but was a bit stressful

Very much satisfied with my tickets. Customer service was a bit slow to issue tickets but price was good

Donna provided excellent service. She pretty much took care of us and working hard to give us some options that will work our time and budge. there were some issues with seat assignments but we were able to resolve it with an airline

iflyfirst was great. they make travel bookings easy and less expensive than if I booked flights myself.

I purchased my tickets back in November and had an issue with a date change, I had to pay about $500 in fees for my new date. Flight was ok

It was great working with Iflyfirtstclass. Alex, one of the company's representatives helped me book business class flight tickets that were available at the affordable rates. I was apprehensive and wondering if I had made the right choice. But, I was left speechless when he pulled up a list of business class and first class tickets.
