I bought a replacement screen for my Samsung laptop. The screen is an original Samsung part. Installation instructions were clear and concise. The toper on this was that ifixit sent a return label to recycle the old screen. That is amazing. Not every company will do that.

I ordered the pro tech toolkit for 90$ and it had all the tools that I needed. The suction cup that came with the pack was not working, so I contacted support and they sent me a replacement within 2 days.

I repurposed an old iPhone 4 for our 12 YO's first phone. Battery needed to be replaced. The iFixit kit arrived 2 days after placing an order. Contained all the possible necessary tools. Written instructions and great online step by step video. I'm very impressed with the company and product. Thank you.

The iFixit Manta Precision Bit Set helps out a lot with fixing literally anything. 112 bits for several uses, it's been one of my best expenses I've done on tools this year. I'm a very satisfied customer.

However FedEx could've been more clear about not being able to deliver the package. I've waited about one and a half month until I contacted iFixit who resolved the issue with me in no-time!

The tools I've received feel like really high quality and help me out a ton, today I've fixed my mother's old phone and rescued her old photos and videos.

I personally recommend getting this Manta Precision Bit Set too since it's so very useful for devices that use screws barely anyone has a screwdriver for. 112 bits in total.

I'm planning on buying more from iFixit, it's great quality overall and I hope their other products deliver the same.

New Lap Top that I purchased intending on up grading the SSD and RAM. Consulted a friend who owns a technology repair and support business. He advised me to get the proper tools from IFixit.com BEFORE I messed things up. Watched several YouTube presentations. Ordered an entry level tool kit from IFixit.com.

Kit has all the Torx drivers plus plastic pry devices needed to get safely inside the computer. The tool case is really first rate. Just begs you to put everything back in place so it is ready for the next project!

Broke my googles pixels phone screen. Affordable is what i would say rather then just getting a new one. Was quite easy to replace just be gentle with the screen till gluing it on, leave it to dry.

Just to inform you, my backglass wasn't broken to begin with, but it wasn't sealing good. It also had minor scratches, so that's why I decided to just buy a new one.
If you want, I can send my old backglass to you guys. Let me know if you guys are interested in it. It's the original that came with the phone.

I bought one of their products after watching my Favorite Tech Tubers for years. Will definitely buy their products again. Excellent quality, like I mean the build quality is top notch.

I was having an issue with my face recognition. This iFixit company recognized the problem right away and had me up and going in minutes. The price was very reasonable and the staff was very friendly and useful, so thanks a lot.

Customer Service at iFix it has always been the best. I have done quite a few apple repairs and I will only shop at fixit. If you spend your time opening and repairing something, you want the replacements to be the best available. Videos are a great help also. Last customer service, Matt, has been A++ and understanding. Got the product quickly, and in a Well protected packaging. I am an entry level device repair tech and the part came in better packaging then our products, and the price is close to cost. They even supply needed tools. Excluding a static band for use while installing, but thats on the customer. Do your research. There is a 100 word requirement for this review. I feel like I don't need that many words and would like to go to bed now so I'm making sure I fill quota. 10/10 would recommend.

Forgot password to Iphone sooo... after 2 hrs with Apple & Itunes... I called around and
IFixit kept coming out of peoples mouth quite often sooooo... stopped by & was floored by..."Sure... B ready in 10 minutes".(I would have been happy for 2 hrs... Just fix my phone).
My phone works again and I was sooooo pleased with their great service & friendly staff ifI could give them a 20 I would. I was at the store on Ski bo rd

I replaced the battery on my iPhone SE and everything is working perfectly! Their videos were great!

I ordered the iPhone 5 battery replacement kit from iFixit rather than pay $79 for Apple to do it. I thought it might be a bit treacherous to fix it myself, but the tools and instructions provided (step-by-step w/ both photos and video) made this an easy win. I will absolutely use iFixit again in the future and would recommend them for anyone not afraid to open up their devices.

I ordered the essentials tool kit to replace the SSD drive in my MacBook Air. The kit had more than I needed to do the job and those extras will come in handy as I do other repairs on stuff and things. The instructions on the site were complete and accurate and it took about 10 minutes to do the replacement and about an hour to reboot and reload most of my OS and data. This kit and site are a good starting point for any repair.

I use my old iPhone 4s for my extensive iTunes library and it had stopped charging. After trying every fix I could find online, I knew the battery had died (it was 9 years old). I received my iFixit replacement battery and tool kit within two days of ordering! I watched the guide video a few times so I knew what to do. The hardest part was getting the screws back in as I have little to no closeup vision and had to rely on my reading glasses. But it worked and the phone is now charged 100%! The replacement task was a bit stressful, but for $16+ I have no complaints! Thank you, iFixit!

They sell some nice tools for fixing phones, PCs, iPads, Macs, and a whole host of other products along with their repair guides. Sometimes a bit pricey but overall really interesting people.

Many repair guides and lots of parts. I always go to ifixit when I encounter a new device. They have great videos and great photos. Their photos are very good for diagnosing other issues than just broken screens. I really like the step by step instructions with multiple angle photos.

Great and fast service, thank you! The guides were super helpful and easy to follow, we timed it badly and the one for Catalina wasn't out yet and we had to fill in the gaps, but it wasn't difficult at all. I've never replaced a part on my own computer before and the tools included plus the guides made it way easier than I'd ever imagined.

Awesome kit and instructions! Came quick with everything I need and more. Super detailed instructions made an otherwise impossible task to replace the swollen battery very possible. That you iFixit! You saved my laptop.

I am very happy with the battery replacement kit I purchased from iFixit.com. The step-by-step directions on the website were easy to follow, and I was able to replace my dead battery in about 30 minutes. The hardest part was removing the adhesive strips holding the battery in place; both of mine broke so I had to use the suggested hairdryer + credit card trick to loosen it. The only negative thing I can say is that I wish there was an option for faster shipping because it took about a week from placing the order to receipt of package. I would 100% buy something from them again!

Ordered the iPhone battery replacement kit. Impressed of how easy it was following the instructions. NOTE: I used a hair dryer for 2 minutes to help remove screen. All the tools included were excellent and for a first time repairing an iPhone, I will rely on if it.com for future needs.
