Losing value

Tim did a great job; I truly appreciate his assistance! My 2nd last call was less productive (your rep told me he was too busy to call the bureaus and gave me the number to call instead.). The website seems to offer less functionality every time I use it. You tell me there's anew offender in my neighborhood but I get no other useful information. Increasingly harder to navigate, Very disappointing.
