The website was easy to navigate and nutrition information readily available. The special promotions allowed me to get everything I wanted at a reasonable price. Delivery was quick. Everything I've tried so far has been very good, especially the mocha and chocolate protein which came in individual packets as part of my order. They were amazing as hot drinks. I appreciated being able to try these before buying them- they will definitely be my next order!
You are Always out of stock. Waited over 2 weeks for the Very Berry, so I'm ordering one which alleviates my benefitting from the sales. Hopefully, it will still be on sale once you restock... I'll tolerate the Chocolate until then.
Chocolate peanut butter not an option? Also, when I added the ultimate bundle to my cart (advertised as $105) it came into my cart at $122, $110 with the get lucky discount. I would have ordered this bundle otherwise. Some of the other bundles came through incorrectly as well. As a first time buyer, this is discouraging. I typically buy from idealfit, but, believe I need to switch to a plant-based. Would buy again if this issue gets resolved, and I like the protein.

There's a promotion for a bundle that has been sold out for a long period of time already. Please stay updated with your promotion. Another problem is I cannot paste my credit card info. It says "Look up" instead of "paste." This option will make it easier for check out.
I received an email at 5:46 a.m. this a.m. that said promo code was good until Midnight tonight - but when I placed the order at 8:12 p.m. on the same day as the email was received, a big red message said the promo had expired, but you'd give me 5% off because you like me. That's all fine and good, but if you extend an offer and you have a customer take you up on it within your email window of time, you honor it.
Did not like at check out when the quantity started out higher than one. If I wouldn't have looked so closely I wouldn't have noticed it
I was not happy with the length of time it took for me to actually receive my products. I had to reach out 2 times before finally getting an answer. I made my order on 3/15/18 and it took until 3/26/18 to ship and I received it on 3/28/18. I like the product, but the buying and trying to get an answer about my product was a pain.
It's hard to be your customer. Everything is out of stock. My diet needs consistency, was forced to buy a competors product
The website did not charge the advertising price...which that is not the first time it has occurred. It makes me think the company is not practicing good ethics and trying to sneakily confuse customers into paying more by having a smaller discount amount than what was advertised- the customer still sees the cost decrease but if not paying attention it does not decrease the correct amount. Also, the incentive of getting a free bottle of some supplement I did not choose is NOT an incentive. I would much rather have free shipping. The shipping cost, along with other issues, is causing me to consider whether or not I will actually keep ordering. I am also going to let my sister who is another customer aware of these experiences and surely she and I will look for a better alternative. Since switching from Nicole to the new trainer, the original price of the protein has increased so the sale prices stink. And there have not even been any good sales to begin with. Maybe that is a coincidence or maybe a part of re-branding. Way too costly without free shipping. Not pleased at all.

It was a little more time consuming than I would have preferred (placing my order) and I was asked/seems to be mandatory to leave a review before proceeding with purchase. I wasn't sure how to rate the product as I am a first time purchaser. However, if I do enjoy the product I would order again from the site.
I love your chocolate protein but it always takes too long to get (7 days or more) and shipping cost is too much.
I placed an order with you on Oct. 27 (order # *******) I still have not received my Protein portion. I have had to call 3 times (so far) and the last phone call, I was told there is a problem because it is shipping from Nevada. This makes absolutely NO sense that it should take this long to get an order that says should ship within 24 hours and isn't out of stock. I have gotten no notices from the company at all to let me know there is a problem or a follow up on any of my calls. I have had to initiate each inquiry. I do LIKE your product very much, but have been without it for a while now. I am placing this order because it is a great deal, but right now I am very concerned I may not get it. (I was told all my order would ship from NV because I am in CA) The supervisor I spoke with on my last call did offer to refund my shipping, but not until I asked what the company was going to do for all the people whose product is held up in NV? I have worked in Retail Management and now have an online business of my own. I understand that glitches happen and can not always be avoided, but, in my opinion, this is unacceptable. Thank you for any prompt help you can provide with this situation.
Disappointed with the selection. Reached out to customer service before placing my order, looking for mocha protein. Now I notice they are also out of superfood smoothie. Disappointing to say the least. And no, I don't want to wait 1-3 weeks.
