My experience with ideabuyer was great. I really appreciate the time taken to ensure long term success for my product there's no way I could have gotten a full vision and applications needed in order to fulfill my dream. Thank you to the entire Idea Buyer Team for believing in me and thanks so much for all the hard work put forth on my project.
After numerous complaints the district attorney's office has filed a class action lawsuit against this company and their response was to of course declare bankruptcy so they don't have to give the money back to all the people they stole it from. Such cowards. That's why it says their business is permanently closed on their website. They've change names so many times to avoid their shady past. Don't do business with them ever. That's $8000 I would never get back. Sad.

I have set up the appointment on 5/4 and I also receipt the invitation. After that they canceled it on their own behalf. I'm just they will copy my invention or try to make their own prototype based on my invention description. Well, I have the copy and screenshot the date I submitted to them.
I submit the information for my patented installation system for the Building Industry and received no response. I reached out via the contact us field/form on the website and sent two direct e-mails to an individual recommended on their voicemail. Still no response. They had no problem charging me through PayPal.
This company conned me for over 30,000 to build my app. After they built it it went on the app store. When I would question where and when my money would start coming in they transferred me from person to person. Then there attorney Mike Schadek hit me with a cease and decist and said any contact could result in a police arrest. How convenient run with my money and my idea and to this day never paid me a penny. Lol Eric Corl is an absolute joke. Also he will tell you he's affiliated with shark tank and the only person he's affiliated with is the homeless. Trust me run from this company!
According to Idea Buyer records, there is a large outstanding balance on this account. As outlined in capital letters in Mr. Toth's agreement, Idea Buyer does not and cannot guarantee financial gain or success. We do however believe that this specific app has great potential, however much of any business' growth is reliant upon the entrepreneur(s) behind it.
Further, our records indicate that attorney involvement was a result of Mr. Toth's threats to physically harm Idea Buyer employees.
As stated in the FAQ section of the website, Idea Buyer makes no claim to be affiliated with Shark Tank:

Should Mr. Toth like to make payment and code transfer arrangements, Idea Buyer is happy to oblige.
I was extremely unsatisfied with Idea Buyer. IN MY OPINION, promises made to me were not kept. I am trying to reach anyone at the company that will help me as I want things to be rectified.
